The one drawback I have is the length of the handle bars. Not much room left to add a mirror or additional Bike light. This is my first E-bike so I can only comment on the claims by the manufacturer. Yes! It will propel you at 20 MPH and I will get an estimated 20 -25 miles on a single charge on cement pathways. I found the medium setting is just enough to get my early morning ride in which gets me a 10 mile ride in at an estimate speed of 15 MPH. ... show more

Bike came with a bent rear axle. Me and a family member hammered it straight and re attached it. The bike afterwards was a pure treat to ride. Fast responsive and fun. The intertubes are. Completely garbage. Super thin and flimsy. I had spare tunes on hand tho. I plan on getting solid rubber tires.

I am usually not one for writing reviews, but this is one of those exceptions. I purchased two of these, it was super easy to put together, and it came with all the tools needed. I was even charging my battery while putting it together. We couldn't wait to take them out! Super fun, easy to use, the hills were so easy to ride up even going up our street was easy. The battery lasts a long time, as long as not high-speed constantly. They zip along. We get people asking about them all the time. Great job and customer service. I thought it might be less quality than I was hoping for, based on the price but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s terrific! I wish it could hold a charge to go farther but I do just fine… Love the bike, love ❤️ the price.

I operate this bike in pedal assist mode most of the time. Since I need to exercise to lower my blood pressure and loose some weight, this bike is ideal. It keeps my legs moving at lower impact and I get more speed and distance compared to my conventional mountain bike. I live in a rural area, and don't drive; so the additional range I can get around with this bike is a huge benefit. I'm hoping to get an additional battery pack soon to increase that range.
