After we contacted the seller he promised that he will consult with technician and let us know what we should do, but no reply back since then. That is the reason why I gave 3 stars. OMG!!! This is our 1st time in a massage chair and can i just say … wow! This chair is so relaxing and the bluetooth feature makes it perfect! Listening to a soothing music will put you to sleep! The zero gravity feature is wonderful !!! It also offers a lot of different massage modes, our favorite is the kneading mode , my husband and i love deep tissue massage! I was a bit skeptical on buying this chair coz its such a big purchase for us but its all worth it! (This is our Christmas gift to each other ) Customer service is outstanding !!! Before purchasing it, i had a lot of questions to the seller … and i mean A LOT 😂 but the seller always answers all my concerns and questions in such a timely manner and very very patient with me and for that i thank you! My husband suffered 2 broken legs from his last tour in Iraq due to a car bomb and he said this chair made him feel good. I just hope this chair will last us for a LOOOONG time ! Thank you so much ZMZ! I highly recommend this massage chair, you wont regret it!

The delivery was ahead of schedule and the chair works fine, my wife is 5’1 and I’m 6’2 and it fits us both well, the seller responds quickly to emails and provides excellent service.
