Worked well when it worked. Removable filters were nice, they are finicky to take apart and clean. Sticking them in the washer often results in an incomplete clean so often requires disassembly and manual scrubbing to truly get all the oil off. Will be looking for a better type of filter and removal latch for our next model. The fan sucked a lot of grease up around the lights, this caused a lot of grease to drip from the lights even before the filters. I think future models should completely seal off the light area to prevent this from happening. Again, worked when it worked, but now that it's broken I can see many pitfalls of this expensive model. ... show more

This is a very beautiful, modern and affordable range hood. You will have to put in a makeup air fan because it is so powerful which costs a few hundred dollars and required an HVAC contractor. It arrived with a small dent in the chimney and Zline immediately sent me a new one. Great customer service. ... show more
