The media could not be loaded. We have had for 1 year. One died after a couple months (stopped heating) and also sparked New one is now sparking badly. I think its because the turn table is a bad design. The plastic wheels melt and then the metal is touching metal. Zline will replace turntable, but its the same design! So it will most likely happen again. Dont buy! Its a fire hazard waiting to happen. Also can hardly cook popcorn. It either burns or theres tons of seeds left. ... show more

    • Microwave-Quality for the Price
ZLINE 24" Built-in Microwave w/ Convection - Most new built-in Microwaves are 30+ ". I needed one to fit in a cabinet space cut for a 25 yr old smaller microwave that died. This was the only option that fit AND had a reasonable price and good reviews (mostly). The unit was available locally, but Amazon had the best price, including free shipping. The vendor, thru Amazon, was FarmhouseKitchenand bath. They claimed 2 day shipping which turned into a week (still not bad) and the shipper kept us informed as to where the unit was and exact when it would arrive (great service). The unit packaging was in good shape when it arrived and the unit was excellently packed by the manufacturer (no damage). Install instructions were striaght forward and the unit, with some small cabinet adjustments, fit perfectly - it just slides in place. Because it has convection capability, it needs a dedicated 20 amp breaker and an appropriate electric service outlet. If you have it, no problem. If not, it will require some extra electric work (could be expensive). We have used the Microwave for less than a month, but so far it appears to be an excellent unit. Stainless steel interior (easy cleaning) and classy stainless drop-down door that matches our other appliances (different brands, similar look). The high quality is visually obvious. The microwave power is ample and for normal usage is easy to operate. It has a number of special function which can be a little confusing to master. It has an excellent interior light, but the menu panel is not well lit and is hard to read without good surround lighting. The unit is quiet and has very effective cooling fans. Other users had durability problems (mainly electronic) and complaints about the effectiveness of the convection operation. I have not had the unit long enough to comment on either, but will in a future update. So far the unit operates perfectly (as advertised). ... show more

    • Made in U.S.A. is a pleasing surprise!
I initially chose this product because it fit the space formally held by my now broken microwave. The more I read the ZLINE's specs, the more impressed I became. It imbues high quality and seems to be living up to its appearance. I've owned it for only a few weeks, but am already pleased with my choice. Even the way it was carefully packed at the factory impressed me. I'm looking forward to many years of service from this home-grown product. ... show more

Looks and functions really well. I like the convection and microwave combo. Sensor heat works well and fits a 16" pizza. Inside doesn't fit a large cookie sheet but it's a smaller wall unit and I have other sheets I can use.

Pros: it looks great. Cons: Check the installation before you purchase, this unit requires a custom built cabinet with air gaps in the back. If you’re retrofitting an old cabinet it will not work. We have found that at 100% power the microwave takes longer to heat up than most units. This microwave is NOT an air fryer. On convection mode it struggles to crisp food and takes a longer time than a conventional oven to brown/cook. In conclusion, I would pass on this model. Follow up: remove the ceramic insert for better cooking temps overall. P.S. the buzzer is VERY quite, like other posts have mentioned = ) ... show more

Love the microwave, love the brand, easy to install, fits perfectly in the drawer space. My only bad review is the company on Amazon that I purchased this product from. After 4 days of ordering this product while it was still in transit I found the same one for $150 cheaper on Amazon and so I reached out to the seller asking for a price reduction, they basically said I can return the product if I want and they’ll deduct restocking fees if I do. Their response was so dry and unfriendly. I would not purchase anything else from them. So many other vendors have the same product who probably would have even offered a gift card. ... show more
