I purchased this porch light from Emliviar. It was shipped quickly and arrive undamaged. During installation, I dropped the light and broke the glass. Consequently, I wrote to the company to see if I could purchase a new glass insert. They responded to my inquiry immediately and asked for my order number. I provided it and they told me that they were sending a brand new light to me. It arrived the next day. I have rarely, if ever, had a company be so responsive to me.
