I worked out for the first time today with this mini stepper. The foot pads are wide enough to support a large foot. I am a woman who wears a size 11 shoe and was comfortable. It has a small monitor to count steps and calories. The frame is metal so it feels sturdy as you step. After just 10 minutes I felt as if I had a full body workout. It gets your heart rate up very quickly, just what I need as I prefer shorter workouts with higher intensity. The twisting motion definitely makes the stepper more challenging. It also comes with resistance bands, which are good for an upper body workout or just helping maintain balance. It’s also mostly assembled, all you have to do is put the pulley part together, screw on the tension adjuster and snap on the little monitor. Very simple. The media could not be loaded. This stepper machine is a complete fit for me! It is quiet when I exercise and does not take up space. I can definitely keep this in my small apartment. And a HUGE plus for this product is that the instructions for product assembly are clear and easy to follow. It arrived very quickly, with all the components there, and in excellent condition. While the equipment is solid and sturdy, which made me comfortable and balanced on it, the weight height of the steps is also adjustable, making my workout so much more accommodating. I really feel my legs just after a 20-to-30-minute workout. Btw, I think the weight capacity is 300 lbs, and I'm 110 lbs and 5.3ft tall. It also comes with pull bands, adding variety to my workout. I really enjoy working out on this amazing stepper because it keeps me very active. I try to work out everyday, and I try not to miss a day but sometimes I do. You have to be very consistent in order for you to see some results and a change in your weight. I use the stepper because I want to lose some weight and keep my weight down. When I first start stepping I felt kind of tired, but as I kept on going like by 5 minutes I felt more motivated to work out for at least 25 minutes. I'm not use to working out, but I have to have a positive mind set and to keep forcing myself to keep on stepping. It was very hard when I first started exercising on the stepper, but each and everyday I am getting use to it. The stepper does a great job at tracking the amount of calories that you are losing and also keeping track of time, and I feel like it's accurate. It was very easy to put the stepper together without any hassles. I like how you can adjust the height of the stepper which is so convenient!! I have mines at a low level. The stepper is very easy on my knees which I love. Make sure you wear socks or shoes when stepping on it instead of stepping on it with your bare feet because it's uncomfortable. It's easy to store anywhere especially if you have less space in your apartment. The strength of the stepper is very study which I feel that it would last for a long time without it breaking or anything happening to it. My only complaint is that it makes a loud annoying squeaking sound. I highly recommend this stepper if you are looking for something to workout on in the comfort of your home if you can't go to a gym because it's so convenient and it would make you sweat and lose some calories. ... show more

For what it is, and the price, this is an excellent little workout machine. The electronic Step and Time monitor Works great- to reset it you just hold down the yellow button until it zeroes out. It's compact and lightweight yet extremely sturdy. I like to drag it out from the corner of the living room and put it in front of the TV and work out while I'm watching shows, then drag it back to the corner. I really liked this stepper. Unfortunately, the resistance wire snapped after using the machine for less than 2 months. It’s supposed to accommodate up to 300lbs. I’m only 135lbs. This is not worth the purchase!

Love using this while watching TV or to some music. You can actually get a pretty good workout if you use some weights and go as fast as you can. I think it was worth the money. I opted for this over a walking pad because I live in an apartment & have people under me. Only complaint is that sometimes it squeaks while you use it & the resistance doesn’t hold for the entire workout ... show more
