Got these for my daughter and the black pair for my husband for valentines day. 100% recommend these! Unfortunately they do not light up if you play on consoles than a PC. But sounds amazing. The noise cancelation is flawless. Very comfy.

They work great. The mic quality and sound quality overall is awesome for the price of the headset compared to a higher priced one. I purchased one for me to use with my PC and one for my husband to use with his PS5. PC set up was extremely easy and worked right away. Im not a huge fan with how bulky they are but the comfort is good. Also not a fan of the lights being constantly on so you do have to unplug after every use. PS5 set up was more difficult than we expected, it took messing with different settings and unplugging and plugging back in just to get them to work. The hubby still likes them and has complimented the sound quality, as well as others in his party complimenting the mic quality. ... show more

It started off working perfectly for a couple months. But suddenly, the mic stopped working completely for some reason. I could still hear people talking, but they couldn’t hear me. And I never dropped it. Is there a way I could receive another one ?

These are super cute and I absolutely love the way they fit! But for whatever reason when I’m online with other people the mic goes out and no one can hear me talking.
