Great zipper tape for bag making. I use it for ITH (in the hoop) bags on my embroidery machine. The colors on the teeth are vibrant and slightly spaced out with some white fades. The black tape is sturdy. I don’t care for the shape or size of the silver pulls it comes with. They are too big for my taste but will work in bags to sell. Zipper tape by the yard is perfect for custom pulls which I use. Pulls are easy to attach, sometimes it just takes a few tries to get everything straight.

I never worked with zippers before, but these were great! I was learning to see with this mini-duffle bag and wanted something more fun that a plain black or white or silver zipper. The "rainbow" color looks awesome!! I was able to make 4 mini-duffles (each with a main zipper and two small zippered pockets) and still have a good length and pulls left over for more projects. Do pay attention to which pulls you use (there are mixed styles) and note that this is one long zipper--there are no "caps" or "ends" so make sure you use them in projects where you will be sewing or otherwise securing the ends.

I used these as closures on some tote bags I made out of jeans, so I needed something really sturdy, and the colors were great. The pulls are sturdy and reliable, if a little tough to get started. But once you get the pulls on properly, the zippers hold their shape well, the pulls track accurately, and the zippers are very attractive, adding that little bit of bling that is so eye-catching.

Beautiful gold zipper ! Very sparkly! I bought this zipper tape to add on my new project. I love the flexibility that I can get the zipper length based on my project - different size bags, pillow covers etc. The material quality is really good and the slider is also very well made and sturdy. The first one I ordered came open in the box and was just the zipper, no zipper pieces. I need the pieces so I didn't even attempt to measure if it was all there or not. I liked the zipper look so tried to reorder the same one. The second one just came, I opened the box to a completely empty plastic package. Nothing, no zipper or metal pieces. I will be returning both and going to a fabric store to get what I need.

I like the idea as a bag maker to be able to get the exact size of zip I need. There is no waste. I won't have to run out and buy a certain size to complete a project. I wish I had known about this product a long time ago.
