Great machine! So far durable. I've punched over 300 buttons so far. Don't over push it. You might feel the need to squeeze it harder but if you do, it won't crimp properly. Just squeeze it as much as the machine allows, it'll crimp perfectly. It was more on the pricey side, but I wanted more metal, felt plastic machines may be too vulnerable to break.

I bought this machine with the intention of selling photo magnets, but as soon as I showed a sample to a potential buyer, it started coming apart. It’s clearly not suitable for business use. I should’ve spent a bit more for a higher-quality one—this wasn’t exactly cheap either. To make things worse, customer service hasn’t been helpful at all.

Sorry to have to write this review. It worked ok in the beginning but has failed ever since. Nothing but frustrating and the company is of no help. I have spent a lot of money on supplies for this machine costing me a small fortune because this machine does not work properly. I hate giving bad review.....but in this instance.....don't waste your money. There are button machines out there for less money that work better.

I only received 85 out of the 100 buttons I was supposed to get with the machine, and some of them were bent like this when I got them out of the box.
