The bed is GREAT. Extremely solid, no wobble and no squeaking. It's also VERY heavy, but I consider that a good thing. As for the instructions, they look simple and there's a CGI video but there's a lot you need to figure out. To save you the trouble: Our mechanical Allen wrench/ratchet didn't work. Thankfully, there is a spare L shaped one in the container with the screws. Though the instructions show the parts by letters, they are not labelled on the pieces. Only the connections labelled with numbered stickers. This makes it very easy to get the connections right. The only part that was a bit confusing was the wood going into the head board slats. Just ensure the decorative side of the wood with the grooves is flush with side metal pieces. The smooth side of the wood is the back and it is recessed slightly in the metal frame. The instructions must be older because the wood screws into 4 metal 'tabs' but the instructions make it look like 2 long tabs. You'll know it when you see it. Everything lined up easily and all the screws fit easily. All screws are labelled and there are extras. BUT you will need at least 2 people, preferably 3, as you'll have to prop up some sides while putting it together. For ours the head board posts would not slot into the base without some series elbow grease. For the first step, you'll need to UNSCREW the nuts that the long rails 'hang/slot' onto. Then you can tighten them. This took us a while to figure out as it's not indicated in the instructions and no other parts have this feature. Lastly, when you start to lay down the slats, start on the Velcro. Do NOT start on the edges or you'll have a gap. I know that seems like a lot but it really is easy if you have the help and take your time. It took me and my 2 young kids about 1.5 hours but if we knew the above it would probably have taken less than an hour. Bed is SOLID and I'm really happy with it. I've slept in my bed for a week now and after reading a lot of the reviews for this item I pulled the trigger. It is actually simple and easy to assemble. The wooden slats are attached via velcro and have two adhesive strips to help prevent the bed from moving excessive laterally which I can see wearing off after time but I'll jusy buy more when that time comes. I'm glad none of the parts were missing or damaged too because with any amazon product it may get damaged on its way to your destination and having this item being a bed frame worried me because it'd be a pain to put it back in the box after taking everything out and drop it off to ups considering I dont even have a car but I digress. I have a twin bed and the pillar center leg is not present on the twin bed frame which I read some reviewers complain about actually breaking through the floor after activites, that must only be there on queen/king sizes. Having about an 8" mattress there is about another 2-3" gap between the top of my mattress and the bottom of the headboard which doesnt bother me but I was prepared to buy a mattress topper if it did. This is a platform bed so it means it sits low to the ground probably no more than 3" so I did the calculations and added up how high my mattress would be from the floor with this frame before buying and most of the people who complain about this frame dont understand what it means to buy a platform bed frame. I liked the color of the headboard and foot board and overall look of this item too and I cant say I've heard any squeaks or noise so this frame is pretty sturdy and quiet. I'm a college student and I've had my matress on the floor for a few years now and I've been concerned about buying a cheap bed frame that would be squeaky when I got my gf over or just plain uncomfortable and I worried about not having enough to buy a good enough one. Im glad I got this one and it still makes me smile after a week. With that being said I never stored things under my bed and you shouldnt expect to with this frame. Overall its perfect and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for after hours of research and reading reviewers. Will update if I meet any issues with this product though. ... show more

Little lower to the ground than I was expecting. You wouldn't be able to store anything under the bed. But easy to assemble and looks great in my spare room. Cost effective way to have a nice piece of furniture

i love this bed frame. its super durable and very trendy. it works great for me, but my husband doesnt like that his feet touch the bottom of the frame bc he is tall. it was easy to assemble. keep in mind that if you dont use a box spring with the bed, it will be extremely low to the ground

It is 2025, and I purchased this full-size bed in 2019 and have moved 3 times with it. It is so easy to take apart and re-assemble. It is sturdy and easy to maneuver. Purchased this because of the low price and the natural wood that doesnt look artificial or factory made. It is a low bed so not much can fit underneath but that is ok. It was much easier to move than I expected and makes moving a breeze. I love not having to worry about moving a heavy, bulky, cumbersome bed. It is simply made and doesnt take up any extra space than it needs to. If youre looking at similar frames, just stop and get this one! ... show more
