I was impressed with how solid it feels and how easy it was to assemble and the thought give to put stickers on all the parts to match where they join. And the handy ratchet tool they included which made it go quick. I didn’t realize how low it actually was. I guess I didn’t really pay attention but there is only about 4-5 inches of clearance underneath. I thought it was 6” Our storage bins no longer fit. I may have to do something to lift it a bit. But Overall happy with it.

I bought this bed in a king size, and all the components were accounted for. I have put together a lot of this type of furniture getting my Air BNB ready and this was the easiest have ever assembled. It comes with a cool ratchet tool that makes assembly much quicker and easier and good instructions. The bars are very sturdy and once assembled the foundation doesn't move. The bed is very heavy but feels sturdy. It is also just as cute in person as it was in the photos.

I was looking for an affordable bed frame and a friend recommended this brand. The bed is nice and was easy to put together but unfortunately we received some faulty parts including a screw and one of the base support “legs”. We were able to still get the bed put together but I was worried about the integrity of the product overtime. I needed to sleep on it so I left it as is and looked for a way to reach out to the company. I contacted Zinus per the Amazon instruction page and provided the info required but they were unwillingly to send the new parts without jumping throw hoops to prove that the things I requested were faulty (this was via email). The bed was already put together and only going to be taken apart once we received new parts. I totally understand they wanted pictures of these specific parts but why would I be asking for them if I didn’t need them? I also asked a question about the wooden slats to which they told me they were not installed correctly per a picture I sent yet did not tell me what was incorrect about the installation… Then I tried to call their customer support number they said they were not able to help because I purchased this through Amazon and hung up on me before I could talk to an actual person. Luckily Amazon pulled through and is sending a replacement otherwise I likely would have returned the bed altogether and tried another brand. Nice bed but be prepared that it could come with poor quality pieces and a company with poor customer service.

First off, I purchased this with a discount code and it is SO worth the buy - discounted or not! We purchased a King size and are extremely happy! This is a steel frame with bamboo for the wood. The quality is amazing for the price and I absolutely LOVE this company for the ease of assembly, quality and style. The instruction manual comes with pictures and a number system. 1 goes to 1 and so on. But they also have in the picture to show you which parts you're dealing with and the numbers mean you can't mess this up. The way they constructed it is so awesome. The pieces for the metal frame slide into each other and the quality of the bolts are amazing. They have a ratchet included with an allen wrench, and the ratchet is great quality. I'm keeping it for sure! It says up to 700 lb capacity, but this frame is solid. I'm sure it can handle more and some rough treatment with ease. we have carpet in our bedroom, so that helps to cushion. But this frame does not squeak at all. We've already tried rocking it around, jumping on it and this thing isn't going anywhere. The bamboo slats are thick and great quality, there's Velcro on the sides of the frame that keep them in place and everything was finished so nicely. There is two strips of adhesive on the slats. You peel that off and it's meant to keep the mattress in place. We didn't use it, our mattress has some weight to it, so we're not worried about it moving. I cannot express how overjoyed I am with this bed frame! Some other great pointers was the delivery and packaging. Delivery with prime came on time and within 2 days, so that was a blessing. And the packaging was well done, but not excessive. We don't have a bunch of packaging that was unnecessary for the recycle bin and trash. I love that! Even the styrofoam they had for packaging is the good kind and we're keeping that too lol! I highly recommend this product and I hope everyone else has an amazing experience like we did!

We bought this for our new bed. The only issue we have with it is our bed comes with foot and head riser. The foot riser gets caught everyone in then mainly because i am not sure the frame was designed to have a riser attached to it.
