This is a great product! It came in a box that wasn't too large making it easy to fit through the door into the house. It was also really easy to assemble. It was done in about 5 minutes if you can believe it. The firmness is just right. Not too soft where you feel like you're sinking into the couch, but soft enough to feel well cushioned, comfortable and well supported. Love the color as well. Exactly what I expected from the color in product picture on Amazon. I attached a picture of it in the living room. The lighting isn't the best, but the color does match the product picture on Amazon. Highly recommend!

DEFECTIVE sofas. We haven't been able to fit the flanks. Both the right and left flanks do not groove in as the four metal grooves of the base are not properly positioned (mfg issue). Zinus and Amazon keep referring to each other about who should fix the issue. It has been two weeks now.

Honestly, I have to keep in mind the price I paid for the this. It isn't the most comfortable couch, but it isn't "uncomfortable" either. Its somewhere in between. Where it lacks in comfort, it seems to excel in the ridiculously easy setup and construction. I put this together in 5 minutes. Everything just slid into place, Did step 1 in the instructions, looked at step 2, and then ignored the manual the rest of the way because it was just common sense. It does have a gap on the sides, but a couple throw pillows will fix that. Overall, Zinus seems to be impressive in their affordable furniture. Bought a bed frame that I absolutely love from them as well. UPDATE: The cushions do not last very long. Right in the middle of the couch, the cushion has pretty much all but left the couch itself. It is definitely not comfortable and now, you can feel the springs in the couch. It has been almost a year, and I am already looking to replace the couch itself. Definitely not a long term use couch. Maybe something you stick in a corner and hope that nobody ever really uses. Might be good for a kids TV room as well since it is low cost.

Oh wow, this couch did not disappoint! I had an old couch that was long overdue for a replacement so I was looking for something that would give my home a more updated modern look. I came across this couch while browsing Amazon and thought it was a steal for the price. Within two days, a compact package arrived at my door. I couldn't believe a couch could be so compact. We assembled it fairly quickly and easily (~20 min) and voila! Our house look so different. I was instantly in love with the look and the feel of the couch. The dark gray texture was the look I was looking for (see pic!) and what was even better was when I sat on it. It had a nice firmness and springiness to it. I know where I'll be for naps ;) I've already received many compliments on the couch from friends and family--all asking where I got it. This is def the best choice I've made to enhance my home and would recommend it anyone who's looking to upgrade!

I ordered this couch because I needed a new couch for my apartment. Overall I am glad I did because for the money it is a great couch. The couch is perfect for a smaller space, such as an apartment. The depth and size of the arm rests are lower profile so it fits perfectly where there is not a ton of space. I am about 6' tall, and although the depth isn't as much as I would want ideally, it is still a very comfortable couch to sit on. The bottom cushions are firm, but surprisingly comfortable, and after having it for over a month now, they have loosened up a bit to be even more comfortable (I fell asleep on it for a nap earlier today). One thing to note is the back of the sofa doesn't come up as high as a typical sofa does. It comes up to about the middle of my back, so that is something to think about if you need a lot of back support. The only other thing I would say could be improved upon would be the back cushions. They are still comfortable, but they could do with more stuffing in my opinion. That being said I would still buy this couch again. It's perfect for a smaller space and such a good deal for the money. Adding some throw pillows really makes the couch pop too. Shipping was a breeze and it was so nice not to have to lug a big couch through the door, the box was very manageable. Assembly Tip: when putting it together, the bottom of the couch, (the black material), is actually Velcro-ed on 3 sides, so don't be afraid to pull it to get to the other pieces inside. This perplexed me for like 20 minutes when I had it delivered. Great couch for the price, would definitely recommend it.

First of all, this sofa came on time. It took only 5-6 days from the order. The most interesting for me was every part was inside of a sofa. There is a spacious space under the sofa (it is like a secret storage) and all parts were inside of it. My husband and I assembled the sofa together and took us only less than 10 minutes, no tools needed. The color and shape of this sofa are very modern as you see in the picture. It looks perfect with my wall color and my blanket. Also the legs of the sofa are very stable.

Pros: 1. Easy to assemble. Took about <5 min. 2. Comfortable - cushioned back and firm padding 3. Cost - relatively cheap for a sofa 4. Durability - hard to assess since it's only been a week since I've gotten it. Cons: Can't think of any right now since just got it.
