This is the perfect mattress foundation. Easy to move into or around your house, especially for downstairs bedrooms, or upstairs for that matter ... if you need to navigate a stairway, these are the mattress foundations for you!! Come folded with the cover already installed, but unzipped. Having the cover unzipped allows you to unfold the metal frame without having to remove the covers. Simply carry over to the bed frame, unfold, zip the cover and put into place ... BOOOM! your ready for the mattress!! Could absolutely not be more convenient and easy to assemble and use. Lastly, provides firm support for your mattress and provides that extra hight to the mattress that makes it more comfortable to sit on the bedside, giving you a better hight for making the bed, etc. I use them in two bedrooms and love them. I hate assembling things. I looked around a different boxspring configurations and came across this product. It was delivered today and one box. Literally the easiest thing ever. It comes in two pieces, you just simply unfold them and it comes with a nice cover that you zip up. I shopped around at other boxspring places, and this is probably half the cost, not including the cost of delivery with many stores. This appears to be a very solid product! I needed to get a full size box spring shipped to my daughter at school. She was moving into a new apartment for summer classes and the clock was working against us. PLEASE NOTE: Despite this being sold and shipped by Amazon and it saying on the page that it is "eligible for Prime after processing", it is NOT. It will NOT ship via Prime. It is drop shipped from California. You can do the math on how many days it takes to arrive. Typically, it takes 5 business days to go across country, plus an additional 1-2 days of processing time. If you have time constraints, this is not for you. Despite the delay in arrival, we were quite pleased with the box spring. It was easy enough for my college age daughter to transport from the package pick up point (she has a Jetta!) and set up by herself in her 2nd floor apartment. It gets 5 stars for simplicity alone. Sturdy and durable so far. There is no sagging and it supports a high quality 14" full size mattress with ease. Price point is fair considering it is easy to transport, shipped to your door and durable. UPDATE: Over a year later and yes, we are still very pleased. This box spring has survived college life and has traveled home for the summer. My daughter actually requested it be swapped out for the one we have here at home for her so she could enjoy it while at home this summer. ... show more
