My Zinus bed frame is as EXPECTED, easy to assemble ( 20 minutes) as direction’s are clear and tooling included. The bed frame is very sturdy, which was my biggest concern. I have looked at other bed frames and this one is the best! I put my Zinus Memory foam and cooling 12” mattress ( bought last year ) on the Zinus metal bed frame and I am sleeping all night long! I have had bilateral hip replacements & osteoporosis, so a mattress and bedframe is very important to me and for my sleep. With my Zinus Gel Memory Foam 12” mattress, which I love, and my Zinus bedframe, which I also love, I am able to actually sleep on my side now, where before I was only able to sleep on my back. I am completely satisfied and grateful for my Zinus items that have not let me down. Zinus is a five star for me.

I recently furnished an apartment with an assortment of things bought from Amazon/Ikea, and this was by far one of the best-designed furniture items I purchased! This bed frame was super easy to put together. The instructions were crystal clear, the parts were labeled with numbers, and it even came with its own tools so that I didn't need to pull out a toolbox. I also love that they provide spare screws in the package. Assembling this bed frame was fun! The bed frame itself is very sturdy. It doesn't wobble around like some others do and the wooden slats have velcro strips that keep them in place. On top of that, ZINUS is top-notch with their customer service. My first package got lost, but ZINUS was quick to help me with replacing it.

I bought this for my daughter's bedroom at college, and it was easy to assemble and came with the needed tools (note: a power driver with metric allen bits makes assembly go much faster). The great thing about this frame relative to others in this price range is that there is no "foot" in the center of the side rails to bang your toes on in the middle of the night. There is a foot in the center of the bed for support, but that's it. Also note that if you have a really thick mattress (which I did) the "headboard" is of no real back or reading support. Overall a great bed frame for the price.

First of all this is my second Zinus bed frame. I bought one a couple years ago and was absolutely so impressed by how well marked and well instructed the assembly information was. This has changed. The previous frame had every hole and every piece marked with a letter or a number. It went together so easy and so fast. This one, however, there was no markings on the pieces at all, only labels on a few of the connections. You have to figure how the pieces come together based on the shape in a very minimal graphic-only instructions. I could go on, but the big issue was that there was one piece at the headboard that should have been indicated that there was a direction to it, as neither the connectors #s, nor the graphics addessed this. This would not have been an issue had they marked it as well as they had the last Zinus bed frame that I purchased. Added about 30 minutes to undo, flip it, and reconnect. Took about 2 hours total to put together, one person. My previous frame went together in about half that because it was so well marked, no pondering about which part goes where. Other than that, I have no complaints on the frame. It's well made, looks sturdy, and really nice. It's a good quality for the price. I just wish I could laud their assembly instructions like I did for my previous bed frame. It was certainly a big part of why I went with a Zinus again this time around. All they need to do label all of them like they used to!

I wish I could give this frame 5 stars but the instructions were HORRIBLE! It took about an hour and a half to put together with two people. The instructions have “letters” whereas the materials have “numbers”. We literally had to figure out every piece on our own! Very time consuming and frustrating. The manual is missing an ENTIRE STEP that we had to figure out on our own. Not only were there only numbers instead of letters, some of the pieces were MISLABELED with wrong numbers!!!!! It’s as if someone just stuck the numbers on any piece! On the flip side to the ridiculous instructions, the bed frame is very nice and STURDY.

This is the third one I have purchased. All the tools needed for assembly come with it. A lot more sturdy than it looks. The height and open access is great for apartment living were space is at a premium. Put a set of cubes with the fabric drawers under it for a "dresser" and still room for luggage and other items.

The bedframe was easy to install, and the instructions were easy to follow. I’ve been sleeping on this bed for about a month now, and my fiancé and I have had no problems. I love that I did not have to get a box for the mattress because the bedframe is sturdy and comfortable.

Pretty easy to assemble, looks like a black metal bed frame, so exactly how it’s supposed to. I have had it for about 3 months now and I will say it squeaks…so I would’nt say this thing is necessarily noise free. But I think I’m terms of cost effective furniture that comes from China it’s pretty good. I reccomend if you need something easy or this is what your budget is!
