Bought this Queen frame for guest bedroom. Package arrived quickly, while the box was a bit beat up, everything was securely packed and all the pieces inside were securely wrapped. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, all the pieces are numbered so assembly is pretty simple if you read the directions. The frame comes with a small ratchet tool to make it easy to secure and tighten all of the bolts. All the holes lined up correctly, all the correct pieces and hardware arrived and the pieces all fit together securely. Took me about an hour to assemble by myself, taking the time to lay out the pieces, read the instructions in advance and taking my time. The metal bed rails feel strong and secure. They have a nice metal finish with no imperfections. The bed slats that support the mattress come connected by a piece of cloth and you roll the whole thing out on the frame and secure with velcro. Would have preferred that the slats be a bit heftier and attach more securely than with velcro but you get what you pay for. The frame looks nice, the quality and finish of the materials is good, no complaints there. The frame feels secure and stable. The mattress fits perfectly. As it is for a guest room, we have not used the bed yet so cannot comment on noise etc. Based on everything so far, I expect that it will be fine. Very happy with our purchase, didnt want to spend a ton of money on guest bedroom for a bed that will not get a ton of regular use and this frame was a great option ... show more

I just wanted something inexpensive, simple, and sturdy for my son's room. My boyfriend and i assembled it easily. I did read reviews that said to buy rubber washers so it doesn't creak so we did that and it doesn't make a sound. I also put little felt pads that you use on the bottom if kitchen chair legs on the parts that stick out a little on the back of the headboard. I thought they could potentially damage the wall if the bed got pushed all the way to the wall. That has worked well too and you can't see them anyway. Some reviews also said the mattress slides a lot. There are sticky things you apply to the slats so i don't know if that was added after the reviews but i think it was a good idea. We are using a memory foam mattress that has some decent weight to it so i don't know if that matters but it doesn't slide that much. Overall we're really happy with our purchase. ... show more

I love the look of this metal frame. It is perfect in my adolescent son's room. It is modern and sleek. The frame is sturdy and quickly put together. Assembly took about 30 minutes and we allowed our kids to help. It has enough room underneath to fit storage bins. A bed skirt fits nicely around the frame to allow for hidden storage. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that the slats the mattress rests on are wooden versus metal. The other frame I have from this company has metal slats and is a little more study in the center. However, the wooden slats do have a sticky adhesive for the mattress to adhere to which prevents sliding and movement. I think this frame is perfect for children, teenagers, and young adults. Overall, this is a great purchase for the price that provides sturdiness, comfort, and a great look for any room. ... show more

I really like that it was pretty quick to put together, they give you a fantastic tool that makes it much much quicker to assemble because it ratchets basically and I’ve even reused that tool on IKEA purchases to my delight multiple times. It’s way faster than turning a piece in a circle for an hour 20 times. Another thing that I really enjoyed is that our box was damaged and an important piece was missing and I called the company and they were super great to work with. The people who make this fit really do make quality products and give good service. I received the piece properly and I didn’t have to jump through a ton of hoops to make that happen I would definitely purchase this again if I needed a platform bed. Also, one of the reasons that I purchase this one is because you could use a variety of mattresses with it because the slats are actually closer together and that was really great, because that was an issue with some mattresses that we tried and this solve that issue. We also moved a couple months after purchasing it and it was super easy to take back apart and reassemble at a new house. It wasn’t tricky to remember how to assemble it. while trying to assemble the middle leg a piece of the drill bit was stuck in the middle part making us have to break it out and then while trying to screw on one of the legs the hole on the leg was not drilled correctly causing the screw to not thread in correctly making it very hard to attach those parts. it took us over 2 hours to put the frame together and one of those hours just to get the screw in correctly. after getting it in and put together the bed is still super sturdy but it was poorly drilled . ... show more

I was able to assemble half of it by myself, then I needed some help to align the holes because it was a little bit off. It still didn't take that long to put together.
