Overall, it's a good product. For the Twin size, the only issue was that I wish there was a metal bar running in the middle lengthwise to support the wooden bars. Without that extra support, it keeps sinking in the middle and squeaks over time. They could have added one more metal piece in the middle just like the other model with a "Full metal" version.

My box springs were 12 inches tall. I had to use a stool to get into bed. I ordered these and I am amazed as to the quality, speed of assembly and price for this product. I put them together in 15 minutes. ( Just plug B to B, A to A and put in one screw each.) The only thing I did wrong was when I put the wood slats in I did not put the wood side with velcro against the Velcro on the frame and when I stood it up the boards slipped out of position. I contribute that error to my age of 72. This product is great at a much higher price.

Now this was a heavy load but that told me from the get go that is was super strong and I was right! The screws and ratchet were included with two extra screws in case of losing a couple. So easy to put together and I didn’t have any help. After screwing the frame together with the included ratchet, which was so convenient, the wood slats are linked together and have Velcro stays that ensure they won’t move. last of all, there is a zipped cover that goes on the box spring making it look nice as a finished product . I am so glad I bought this setup and I know it will last for a long time.

2 one was easy 5 minutes to complete but the first one 6 of the 8 holes didn’t line up 30 minutes to assemble had to widen holes with file so screws wouldn’t crossthred

I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend who wanted the lowest bed frame possible. Actually he didn't want a bed or a bed frame but I insisted on getting him both. It's been 10 months, the box spring has held up to us standing on it, cats fighting on it, etc. I would not get on the box spring and jump up and down as the wooden slats on it don't seem to be sturdy enough for that. They bend which is nice for comfort. In my boyfriend's words, "It works."
