Outstanding bed! Just the right size. Sturdy! Easy to assemble and looks great, too. I had some issues like other reviewers. Mattress slid so I put a layer of foam down between the frame and mattress. All good now! The frame’s too low to the floor for me so I added a thick foam topper so I’m higher up. No issues with slats falling out or anything getting loose over time. I had some difficulty assembling the frame as described but that’s a “me” problem. Got everything correct after a couple tries. The multiple attempts caused no damage. The wood slats took some rough handling during assembly due to them fitting in tight. Assembled fine as a single person with no help. Highly recommend! Especially for the price.

Surprisingly solid bed frame—well-designed and very sturdy. The packaging was slightly damaged during shipping, but luckily the frame itself was untouched. The included ratchet tool was a lifesaver; tightening all those bolts gets tiring fast after the fourth or fifth piece. The instructions could use improvement. The printed manual uses letters for parts, while the frame itself uses numbers—this mismatch makes it a bit confusing at times. The numbered stickers are helpful, but without labels on the parts, you’ll have to rely on grouping them visually and cross-checking with the paper guide. Assembly doesn’t require much brainpower, but the most frustrating step was attaching the backboard. I recommend leaving all the bolts loose until everything is aligned; trying to force the bamboo headboard into place can lead to misalignment or even damage. TL;DR: Great bed frame, sturdy and simple to assemble. The ratchet tool is super helpful. Instructions are a bit confusing—but better than IKEA's. You got this!!

This bed frame is great! You are getting high value for such as reasonable price. I spent a while comparing different bed frames, but this one stood out for many reasons. It looks beautiful once assembled and it even has enough space under the bed to add storage containers. Compared to other beds that I have assembled, the assembly was even easier. You can build it with just one person in an hour or less. It feels very sturdy from the short term I have used this bed. I would recommend this bed if you want a beautiful, functional bed frame with under-the-bed storage capacity. I highly recommend for a first time apartment. It works great!

This was very easily put together. I am happy with the bed frame for our king sized bed. It gives a good lift off the floor and is high quality wood. I would say there were a few defects with the wood but nothing too noticeable or affecting the functionality. I would give the product a 4.5 stars if I could. I am happy with this and grateful the company provided a ratchet tool which made everything that much easier. The product came with everything I needed.

This bed frame is very sturdy, came with instructions, parts, an allen key, and a ratchet too! The ratchet made it easier to tighten the bolts in. The instructions and corresponding labels on the parts did not match all the time but putting it together was intuitive. Tip: For the slats holding the mattress, start at the center while holding the side rails pressed together to ensure the slat meets on each side.

Poorly Constructed And Amazon/Manufacturer WON'T Help Me With Return!!! The pieces don't match up with the screw holes, so they can't be attached to each other. There is no customer service or troubleshooting telephone number included with the product. I spent hours trying to contact the manufacturer - you can't actually get a live person, though. Then, it took forever to get through to a live person at Amazon. I explained this item is too heavy for me to return to a UPS store, and I don't have a printer to print off an address label. The person I spoke with at Amazon assured me that they would refund my money, and an Amazon employee would contact me to schedule a pick-up of the product - and they would bring their own address label. That was 5 days ago, and I've heard nothing! I made sure to repeat back to the person I spoke with that I didn't need to do anything - just wait to hear from Amazon about when they would pick up the bed frame (which I already boxed up and have waiting). I have a family emergency, and I misplaced the Amazon phone number. It's IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone at Amazon to discuss this. And, when I clicked on the website's "Return" page, it says THEY'RE waiting for ME to return it!!! NEVER ORDER ANY LARGE ITEMS FROM AMAZON AGAIN!!! I'm STILL waiting to be contacted by Amazon, and to receive a FULL REFUND of this DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!

This frame was a good price. And for that price it was good enough, but not perfect. The directions do not match the stickers on the pieces. But if you match up the stickers and ignore the directions, its not hard to assemble. The metal slats are to far apart to prevent mattress sagging. They are also very smooth an the mattress would easily side out of place. The headboard looks great. The metal is solid. In order to fix the mattress sagging and sliding, I opted to make some cheap bunkie boards. I got some thin utility board from the local hardware store. It was damaged and only cost 5$. Cut 77" by 12" was the right size. Drilled holes and zip tied to the metal slats. Random holes for ventilation. It seems better now, only time will tell. They should update the directions and add more slats.

Bed is solid and stable. Rare squeaks, like all wood beds do. Easy assembly. Many other reviews comment on parts being labeled with numbers vs letters in the instructions. The numbers actually correspond to connection points, making assembly very easy. Assembly took me less than an hour by myself.
