Overall I'm pleased with this bedframe although I just received and assembled today. This is my second bedframe from this company. I noticed improvements in design over the last model that I purchased about 5 years ago. The packaging seemed well thought out to protect the product. They actually wrapped the foam in plastic, I assume so you don't have a huge mess of little white pieces of foam when unpacking. That was a nice touch. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they provided a racheting hex key to assemble the frame. That really made the assembly easier. The main reason I say they could have better quality control and why I chose to only give this item 4 stars is because one of the counterbored holes on the headboard was not deep enough to get one of the bolts in. I had bore it a bit more myself which was annoying. Someone that did not have the proper tools to do so would have been out of luck. ... show more
