The product arrived on time and looked to be rather sturdy. For the parts that did fit together they were snug and the overall metal quality was good. Very nice finish and it seemed to be a pretty nice bedframe. The instructions are just pictures but there is (QR Code for YouTube Video instructions) bottom right corner of the paper instructions. I love this beframe and have had it for 8 months without any issue. It isn't bowing out at all but it does creek. I dont move around a lot in my bed so it hasn't been an issue for me. For heavier people like myself, this frame holds up well and I highly recommend! Note: I have not used a box spring with this bedframe but plan to with purchase of new bed to protect it better. ... show more

I ordered this to go in our guest room. Right now the room has a lot of pastel colors and I wanted to keep it simple and soothing. I love the Zinus mattresses and the platform frame I have, just purchased my second mattress after using the other for 4 years, so hope the bed is the same quality. So far, it seems very sturdy and it is just right for a simple room that can go with most any decor as my needs change over the years. On to assembly: The directions were not great but my husband was able to figure it out and get it together in a short period of time. He just lined up the parts and started assembling using the pictures. All in all, I would say this is another great Zinus product and I see myself purchasing more of this brand when needed. ... show more

    • Good for the price
I assembled this frame in about 30 minutes by myself, but it would probably take half that time for two people since most of the time I was just trying to find the right part in all the packaging. Overall I like the style and it feels stable enough. The metal is thinner than expected in some key support pieces, so I suspect that it will wear out in a few years at most. It's a bit creaky, though not to the point that it bothers me. I also wish it had a bit taller footboard to help keep blankets on the bed, but it does at least keep the mattress from slipping vertically. The mattress (memory foam from Zinus) does slip horizontally, but the frame slides around my floor easily so I just push it a little into place as needed. It's not a great frame, but for the price point and convenience I'm happy with it. I needed a new frame quickly and this has worked well over the last few months of use. ... show more

I purchased the exact bed in white for my daughter. Pieces and hardware were missing. I purchased a black one same exact one and while it looks nice in the picture the bats kept falling through and my daughter had to keep waking me up so I could fix them. I chose to let my junk man take this one and the white one as they were both useless and way too big to try to return. My daughter didn’t get any sleep dealing with the bed frame. We ended up getting a frame from a friend. I am out of money for two bed frames now. I definitely would not recommend this particular Zinus frame. I have bought many Zinus bed frames before and didn’t have any issue until buying this particular type. ... show more

This bed is good for the price. I wish it had something on the bottom to keep sheets from hanging out when tucked under the mattress. And the mattress has nothing to keep it from being pushed over either edge.

I keep catching my fingers and getting little cuts on headboard, and didn't realize they were plastic. Spindles should be labeled to mark order. And sides should have something to hold mattress. I kind of hate it.
