The bed was boxed really well. Instead of shipping it in its original box it was put in an additional box and I really appreciated that. Sometimes in transit the box gets heavily damaged which in turn causes damage to what you’ve purchased. I built it myself so it took a little over an hour with help it might take less time. The instructions were easy enough once you grasped the general rhythm of what the instructions were trying to relay (hope that makes sense). When I saw 2 guys lifting this long box of the truck , I got worried. How heavy is this and will I be able.to put this together. This frame is exactly what I wanted. The metal is strong, not flimsy like ones I have had before that broke easily, or stripped if you tighten it too much. And putting it together was supper easy. My 6yr and 10yr grand kids helped me and it was as simple as 123456 literally. Everything snapped into place for a tight fit and the screws turned seamlessly. I’ve had this bed for a little over a year and it’s worked great. Easy to put together, my kids love it. A week or two ago one of the wheels broke off the bottom of the bed, which I have three young sons so it did surprise me that it took that long for something to break. Anyway I reached out to the company through Amazon (Zinus). They sent me a replacement part in a week and the bed is back to normal. Customer service and warranty is fantastic, I highly recommend!! 10/10 ... show more

Though it’s a nice bed frame it’s a pain to put together without buying a translator app for Swedish. A US STANDARD BED DOES NOT FIT ON THE TRUNDLE SO BE PREPARED FOR EXTRA COST OF A MATTRESS PAD AND A PIECE OF PLY WOOD SO THE MATTRESS PAD DOESNT GO THROUGH THE CRACKS.

This is the perfect bed for my daughters first big girl bed. It's sturdy, and easy to put together. My boyfriend made it in about an hour, with no help. She loves it. We haven't put the trundle under, due to not having a spare mattress. She loves it.
