I thought this would be a little tricky to put together but was surprised by how easy it was. When putting on the cover just make sure your orientation is right. There is a wrong way to put it on and you’ll wonder why the zipper won’t zip. lol. But just turn it 90° if this happens and it goes on easy. Easy to order, easy & quick to put together. (There was one staple where screw went, but needle nose players easily bent staple out of the way.) Hardest part (for me) was putting fabric around frame because I don't have strong hands. Once I figured it out, as you zip, pull fabric closer to zipper & it easily goes around. My queen bed was too low for me even with a 4' boxspring I paid over $200 for. I wish I had done my research first and ordered this box spring. I was a little surprised when I rcvd the box and it wasn't as big as I thought. Once opened, everything looked good. Wood boards were very sturdy and I love the fact I did not have to use a drill for extra screws. The slabs come with pre-holes, so you just press down on the attach strips and it's done (except for outside frame). The box spring cover was a little difficult for one person, but I took my time and it went on perfect. It took me about an hour to put together, but it was worth it. Bought this to go on a metal base and support a memory foam mattress. Was having back pains and tossed and turned at night. Sleep so much better now and back doesn't hurt as this provided the added support that was needed. Easy to assemble for 1 person. Probably quicker with 2.
