Our new pizza-pan just arrived, and I couldn't be more impressed. The quality and build exceeded my expectations. The OXO brand always provides quality products, which is why I look at their products before making any purchase. But this was beyond what I had envisioned. The weight of the pan tells me it won't warp or fall apart easily; you can use it for pizza or cookies since it's so large and heavy. The materials used, tells me it will bake evenly and be a trusted piece of bakeware in my kitchen. I've already ordered a 13X9" casserole and 9" square baking pan to match this quality piece. Very versatile cookware that is high quality and nonstick. I also love the ceramic coating. It will make it easy to slide the pizza off the pan, onto my pizza peel for easy slicing. UPDATE: My 13X9", 9" square, and the rubber lids to fit both, arrived yesterday. I was impressed with the weight and build of both pans. The lids go on smoothly and make them stackable in the fridge. update: I used my half sheet pan to cook some bacon in the oven. I used 300 degrees for about 25 min or so. NOTHING burned at all. It was so easy to clean, it wasn't funny. I love this thing. I turned the bacon once. Beautiful. update: I got the one pound loaf pan. It is as nice as the pizza pan and the half sheet and quarter sheet. So I could give 5 star but I gived 4 star, that's just because of the size your advertising as 15 inches even though it says 14 inch on the tray itself. Come on now be hunest. Yes for, can you cooke 15 inches pizza? Ofcourse If there is exist. On the other hand it is a good 14 inches nonstick code plated tray. Will I recommend?
