The bakeware is constructed from heavy-gauge aluminized steel for stability, even heat distribution and durability for years to come. The square-rolled edge adds structure and strength to the bakeware, and the wide rims provide a secure grip for easier handling in and around the oven. Each pan features pan dimension markings on the top surface, so you can find the right bakeware item for your recipe. Zero-draft walls on our cake pans allow for straight and uniform cake layers. It's a good pan and works well. I made brownies in it and they slid right out without any grease or oil application. Be careful with the non-stick surface; cut brownies/cake with a plastic knife and not a metal knife. The metal will scratch the non-stick off.
