I looked through all similar bed frames and associated reviews on Amazon for days before pulling the trigger on this purchase. Iβm a hundred pound little lady. And I planned on building this, moving it and hauling the mattress on top by myself. So with that in mind, my experience with this bed frame was excellent!! So so so easy to build, if I didnβt have to carry it up the stairs piece by piece it would have been done in 20 minutes or less! Clear instructions, easy to follow. The little tool kit it comes with worked super well and was higher quality than ones Iβve built with before. The pieces are thick and very sturdy but still fairly light weight! Once completely built it felt rock solid. The Velcro on the slats kept everything in place while I dragged the mattress up onto it. After I put the mattress on I jumped around on it for good measure and it felt perfect. No creaky sounds, no weird bending, no rickety movement in the slightest. Color is bright white, just like the photos! I highly recommend and would definitely repurchase again!!

I bought this bed frame for a new 14" memory foam mattress. I must say that I am very happy with the purchase and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product. The delivery was a few days faster than original estimate - it's like receiving an unexpected gift! The box seemed to be opened previously as evidenced by the extra packing tape around the edges and upon opening the box, I found that the tie wraps that bind the slats together were cut at one end (there are two bundles of slats and both tie wraps were cut). This originally worried me a bit. However, upon inspecting the rest of the contents, I got convinced all was still well. There was nothing missing, every part was individually wrapped, the hardware was present and still in original packaging without damage and even the padding around the metal parts were in place. The instructions say it's a two person job but I was able to finish the whole task in less than 30 mins, including the unpacking, and the assembly. {Tip to one-person DIY'ers} The box is heavy (good because it's a sturdy unit) so don't try to lift or move on your own. I cut the packing tape with a box cutter along the long edge and both ends. This allowed me to remove each metal bar one by one and set up in my living room for easy assembly. The pieces went together very easily. I was impressed how everything fit well without any forcing, every one of the bolt holes lined up perfectly which allowed manual insertion and tightening of bolts. {Tip to one-person DIY'ers} The end pieces with the legs are free-standing after assembly, so once you stand them upright, attaching the side long bars by myself was very easy. There were some nice touches too: The bolts had all the washers and split washers already installed, they even provided a mini ratchet for the hex bolts. All the parts had numbers on them and each joint had the same number so matching parts to one another was super simple. The wood slats were in two bundles and attached to each other with velcro which made placing them evenly on the frame very easy - no guess work or measurement required. They even included a sticky tape on two of the slats (already installed) to prevent the mattress from slipping. Final nice touch was that there are bolt slots for the end pieces at one end. The holes lined up perfectly with the holes on my existing headboard. I found a couple of long bolts in my tool box. I am extremely happy with this purchase and very impressed with the quality of the product. I like it better than the slightly cheaper model from the same brand which has bars at the bottom too. This design with the legs makes it look more elegant and makes it easy to clean underneath with vacuum or sweeper.

We purchased the king size product. When finished, this looked like a piece of fine furniture -- no bolts on the outside and a very "high-end" appearance. The materials are all high quality -- carefully packed & shipped. Assembly was easy with the enclosed Allen wrench or Ratchet tool. The parts were minimal -- 10 metal pieces, 7 bolts & 2 slat sets. We inventoried parts & assembled it in 3 sessions that totaled less than 2 hours. It comfortably fit through our door frames as we moved it into its final position. It is VERY quiet getting into the bed and moving around. It feels extremely solid and stable. It was a great value for the quality and our satisfaction.

UPDATE: I contacted the seller around friday night, I did not receive the replacement product until the following weekend. Thats 1 week without a bed frame and a partially assembled frame just taking up space. The overall product is great, its a great design, just that this company has terrible quality checking and communication with the customer service is kind of quick but there is a lack of understanding. It appears they can barely speak english. Keep in mind, they sent a WHOLE new package instead of getting me the 3 small pieces I needed to complete my bed frame. So now I have a lot of spare parts? I guess anyone who ever gets an incomplete product gets a brand new set. I didnt even check to see if the new one they sent had all the parts, I just took out what I needed and completed my work in progress and sealed up the box again. OVERALL: 4 stars for the product 3 stars for customer service 1 Star for quality checking their packages! This product seems amazing so far. Just have to take a gamble, and dont count on getting a product with all the parts. But if you purchase this product with Sleep Master as the seller, they will gladly get you a completed product, eventually. Previous Review: I was really hesitant to purchase this due to the poor quality control reported by the other reviewers, but it looked like such a solid product and the people that were happy seemed very happy. I was willing to buy screws if I needed to, since the overall product sounded great according to other peoples reviews. So I went ahead took the leap! -Product arrived in a timely manner from Sleep Revolution. -Box seemed a little beat up so I feared the worst after reading the previous reviews. -All pieces seemed ok, nothing was bent, and I had all the screws and washers listed. Seemed like a very straight forward 4-step picture instruction. So I went ahead and began putting it together until I got to attaching the CENTER BAR. I found that TWO ANCHORS were missing on one of the ends, so I am only able to attach the bar to ONE end of the frame while the other end would just dangle there. It seems whoever put this together forgot to install the screw anchors on the holes! (I've attached images of both ends so you can tell what is missing) Also, after closer inspection while sitting there with my useless steel square, I found out one of the legs was missing its PLASTIC FOOT! I dont think I can just go to the store to buy the bolt anchor specific to this frame. So now I am without a bed frame and my memory foam mattress is still compressed waiting for a foundation and I am back on the couch for the time being. I contacted the seller, and I will post an update to share how these issues play out.

The Bad (not that bad): The hex key that came with it was cheap and deformed. I imagine it could have made it through assembling the thing but my quality one (metric 5) with a rounded head made life a lot easier so I would have used that anyway. Similarly, some of the bolts are really close to the frame so it would be annoying to use the supplied hex but that's kind of anything you buy these days. Lastly, it said you have 7 inches off the ground but it's more like 6.5. Only a problem to me because I have keyboard cases that are 6.75 inch tall so that little difference means I have to lift the bed and frame, but it's not heavy. Lastly, my box spring slides on it but I am not sure that is a fair complaint as it's not supposed to have one. The Good: Took me maybe 20 minutes to assemble and most of that time was unpacking. It is super straight forward. All the stickers with the marking are on the inside of the frame so you don't have to take them off, making future disassembly and res assembly easy. I am typically an instruction reader but after the first piece I didn't need it, the thing is so simple to put together. It is also very compact so this is a bed frame that would not be hard to move, probably would fit in my Accord Coupe without putting the back seats down. At first, I was weary about the slats, they are held down with Velcro. However, once I put them on, they do not seem like they are going to move. If they do, so many ways to make it work, and I probably don't even need them with my box spring, but I can't imagine them moving. Seems ultra sturdy, time will tell, but even a high end IKEA bed moves a bit. This is solid as can be. No adult activities yet, but I did bounce around, no squeaks. All the hardware was better quality than I thought, minus the hex key. The frame is very simple, so if you like modern, it's simple and understated. The materials lead me to believe this will outlive my bed, maybe myself, but I have no concerns about longevity. The metal (not sure what type as it is powder coated) seems very strong, and the coating is attractive. Box was compact, packaged well, so even though it looked like it had a rough shipping process, no scratches or anything. I will update this review if things change. I can tell that any issue, unless a weld fails, would be super easily solved with a simple DIY fix that anyone could do but I will update if I am wrong.

This is the 3rd product that I have ordered from this company (1st was the Zinus cal king steel bedframe, 2nd was the Zinus queen steel platform bed [no headboard] and now this one in Full). I have got to say that I am impressed with not only the quality but also the sturdiness and how easy it was to assemble. Assembly took 30 min, all parts were clearly labeled with no damages. Both me and and my husband were very pleased to find that each kit contains literally everything you need to assemble the bed, and to be honest, who doesn't like that? Here are a few things we loved, in no particular order. 1. The wrench- this little tool works exactly like a drive release ratchet and let me say that we are very happy this company inuded that vs us having to use those horrid "L" shaped Allen Wrenches. Made assembly that more practical. 2. The non-slip tape that is included on the wooden slats helps the mattress not slide. That was also a nice touch we didn't expect. Will it hold in the long run? Probably not, but in the meantime, it has held up for my 10 year old and is a very easy replacement fix if needed in the future. 3. The velcro feature to the bed rails where each wooden slat assembles onto is also practical. You don't have to deal with screwing in place every single piece. It's also solid wood and not that cheap compressed material. 4. Minimalistic design- We have recently downgraded from a bulky wooden day bed frame to this and we are very pleased with how much more space we have in her room. This is why we went with this frame. 5. Lastly, the overall material, who would of thought a steel frame would look this good? Overall, the moral of this purchase is...if you are looking for something simple, practical and cost effective, this might be the purchase for you.

I am very, very satisfied with this bed frame. I bought one other frame from Amazon previously that I ended up really disliking, so I decided to replace it with this frame and I couldn't be much happier. The assembly is dead easy with very clear instructions and labels on the parts, plus an included ratchet wrench. All of the pieces are extremely beefy, allowing the frame to be perfectly tight and sturdy with only four legs on the corners and one in the very center. My previous frame had additional legs on the sides, which just got in the way of sliding storage bins underneath, and it still felt wobbly and creaky anyway. With this frame, I can't feel any movement - it feels about as solid as throwing a mattress on the ground, and it doesn't make any noise whatsoever. I like the wood mattress support slats much more than metal ones on other bed frames. They are much wider, so there's more surface area for the mattress to sit on, preventing the mattress from sliding. There are also sticky strips on a couple of the slats, but I found these a little too sticky, making it difficult to lift the mattress when, for example, putting on a fitted sheet. I replaced these with non-slip furniture tape and that has worked very well. The mattress doesn't move at all but can still be lifted if needed. In comparison, my previous frame had skinny metal slats and my mattress would slide to the side and need to be shoved back every few days, even with some of the same non-slip tape. This frame sits a few inches lower than most, but that is perfect for me as I have a thick 14" mattress that felt too high up with a standard height frame. With this frame, my bed feels like the perfect height, and there is still just enough room to slide storage bins underneath. I like that this frame does not include a headboard, allowing me to instead find one I like to add on. I have since added a Zinus headboard which, of course, fit perfectly. I have heard of some compatibility issues with headboards from other manufacturers, so I stuck with Zinus. They do have lots of good options, though, so that wasn't really a problem.
