    • Easy to assemble

Delivery was quick and my son was able to set up with minimal effort. He’s been sleeping on it for about a week now with no issues. It’s very lightweight but sturdy

    • SO EASY TO SET UP!!!
Size: Queen Style Name: 5 inch Design: New Quick Assembly
I am a 73-year old woman and I was worried that I would have to hire someone to set this up for me... NOT SO! The hardest part was getting the box upstairs. Once that was done it only took me 30 minutes to set this up. It was super easy, instructions were clear, and everything fit perfectly. This raised my mattress by 4". It is sturdy. The grey cover matches my bed frame. Absolutely great product. ... show more

    • Reliable and Sturdy: a Great Foundation!
Size: Queen Style Name: 7 inch Design: New Quick Assembly
I recently purchased the Zinus 7 Inch Metal Smart Box Spring for my queen size bed and I must say, I am quite impressed with this product. The assembly was quick and easy - I was able to set it up in just a matter of minutes, without any tools. The metal frame is sturdy and strong, and it provides excellent support for my mattress. I also appreciate the fact that this box spring is only 7 inches high, which makes it the perfect height for my bed. It's not too high, nor too low - just the right height for comfortable sleeping. The design of this box spring is quite smart, too. The metal frame is well-crafted and the corners are reinforced to prevent any wobbling or shaking. The overall build quality of this product is top-notch and I am confident that it will last me for many years to come. The only reason I am not giving this product a perfect 5-star rating is that it does make a slight creaking sound when I move around in bed. However, this is not a major issue and it does not affect the overall performance of the box spring. Overall, I would highly recommend the Zinus 7 Inch Metal Smart Box Spring to anyone who is looking for a reliable and easy-to-assemble mattress foundation. It's a great value for the price, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and durability. ... show more

    • Did not come with instructions
Size: Queen Style Name: 7 inch Design: Original
Although mine did not come with instructions, it was pretty self explanatory. It does not look the best and is okay quality. Serves its purpose. Mine had extra parts. It is not very versatile. Easy to move and assemble.

    • My experience was poor
Size: Full Style Name: 9 inch Design: New Quick Assembly
I had to return this box spring because I obviously received one that had been purchased and returned by a previous customer. It was damaged and had parts missing. All the zip ties had been cut and placed in the plastic bag that had “instructions.” One silver stud that fits into hole was missing. Pieces that were supposed to slide together did not work as expected because one piece was either damaged, warped or constructed incorrectly. Of course I had it almost completely assembled when the time to use misaligned pieces occurred! Frustrating experience. Had to un-assemble and re-package for return. Just realized that I don’t recall seeing a cover included in the box, either! Cannot recommend this product based on my disappointing personal experience. PS…it is not as easy to assemble as some people claim!! ... show more
