I purchased this mattress when upgrading my daughter to a big girl bed and honestly didn’t have major high hopes for comfort, though I wasn’t too concerned since she had previously slept on a crib mattress that was only 4-5 inches deep. This bed is surprisingly comfortable! We don’t co-sleep with our kids, but I have snuggled up in her bed with her to read to just relax and I am always surprised by how cozy it is. I did add a mattress topper so that probably helps, but it has worked very well for my toddler. I do question how well it would hold up to repeated use by an adult, but I think this is a very cost-effective option for a child. ... show more

Honestly, I bought this as a temporary solution for the small room I am staying in, but also plan to use it later as a camping bed for van trips. The price for this was excellent and comfort is adequate for it's thickness. How long it maintains it's comfort and shape, we will see, but definitely perfect for what I needed in a very small room I am in. Suitable for average size humans but not sure if the thickness would work for larger or heavier people. I am under 200 lbs. and it is holding up well and very comfortable to sleep on. ... show more

So happy we went with this for our boys instead of the memory foam. It has great support and my partner has actually laid on them almost every day because he likes it and we have a pillow top on our bed. There was another review that said you can feel the springs but we can't, its definitely soft enough for us. 10x upgrade from their last spring mattress.
