I purchased a similar item several months ago for my daughter's queen bed, which was cumbersome and very difficult to put together. It took nearly 2 hours! This was the complete opposite. So easy to build, I was done in less than 20 minutes! The only issue I have with it is, the previous cover zipped completely over the frame, whereas this one just covers the top using elastic, like a fitted bed sheet. I paid slightly more for the upgraded version and I'm glad I did. It's sturdy, but also somehow lightweight, which meant I was able to get it on the bed platform by myself. The Sinus twin boxspring worked great for my needs at a good price in the size that I needed, 5 in. The quality is very good and sturdy and fits a twin frame perfectly. I plan on putting a air mattress on top of it for visitors. One piece was missing on the tip of a cross rod, lost in the shipment but the company responded quickly and replaced it immediately. The good: box spring replacement seems to be built pretty well, and goes together in a snap, literally. The manufacturer communicated quickly regarding the problem I found with broken parts The Bad: mine arrived with two of the spring detents broken. These are extremely simple to replace, and I needed the frame quickly, so I contacted the manufacturer hoping that these two items (about the size of a large paper clip) could be sent quickly. At first, the entire part with the broken detents was promised, and then I was told it was unavailable. They then offered to send a entire new unit, but I had to return the old unit. These arrive very tightly packaged, and it would be very difficult to get them back into the box from the replacement set. Not to mention it's already in place under a very heavy mattress since I needed to use it for a guest within a couple of days. I told them to forget it (so wasteful), and the manufacturer then reminded me that it would void the warranty. That sort of soured the whole deal for me. I hope they take my advice to keep some of the springs in stock for replacement...but I doubt it. ... show more
