Queen 14” - I had to write this because so many had issues with the sides not being firm. I had the same issue and was going to return it. I’m so glad I didn’t! First of all, it came fast and was packaged in a way that it could be opened without exploding. My 20-year-old (just home from the army) thought his way was better and was thrown across the room. That alone made buying this bed totally worth it. Anyhow, once the bed was open, it plumped right up. We had to sleep on it that night and it was sooo comfy but the sides were droopy. So droopy that I fell out of bed. Not as hysterical as my son getting launched, but still funny. After a few days, the bed was more amazing and cozy but the sides still sucked. I started my return but, due to work, I wasn’t able to follow through. Thank goodness, because after about a week and a half, the sides and corners firmed up, PERFECTLY!! I added a topper because I like a little more fluffy feeling and now it’s perfect. BEST MATTRESS IVE EVER HAD! On a side note, we bought this mattress because on of our daughters bought the 10” mattress for the guest room and we loved it every time we stayed there. So, I can say that I HIGHLY recommend this mattress to anyone! My husband and I are 60ish, with bad backs and knees, and he’s 300 pounds. We both sleep like babies and have, significantly, less pain. Getting up in the mornings are so much easier now. It’s like a miracle. Just a hint, we ordered a bunkie board because we no longer use a box spring. This makes tucking In sheets way easier and protects the mattress from breaking down underneath, (over time) where the frame slats are. So to sum it up, relax, be patient , and sleep well. I have owned this mattress just under a year at the time of writing this review and it already needs replaced. It was comfortable out of the box, and even more so when broke in, but that only lasted about 10 months. Over the course of the last 2 months it has been causing significant back pain to me and my wife. There is already a significant sag in both sides of the bed where we sleep but more so where I sleep. I am 28 years old 6’ tall 180 lbs and there is about a 2 inch sag in my side of the bed with no weight in it. It feels like I’m sleeping in a hammock and I wake up with back and neck pain every morning. We’re currently trying to get a replacement or refund via their warranty program and will update accordingly. I would never recommend this mattress unless you need something cheap knowing it will only last 6-9 months. ... show more

We have had this bed for about a week now. I didn’t want to write the review after the first day. Because I get neck and back pain, I’m a bit of a skeptic. However, this bed did not disappoint. Due to space concerns, we couldn’t keep the old mattress and open this one for a few days. So, we gave it a full day on the bed and had to sleep on it the first night. It was fine. We didn’t notice any smell. However, within a day or two, it did firm up nicely and seemed to get a little bit more plush. My neck and back pain that I have been dealing with is mostly gone since having this bed. I had suspected that it was my old memory foam mattress that didn’t have the hybrid feature. My husband loves the bed as much as I do. We both have said that we are getting better sleep than we have had in quite some time. And that is huge because I’m not notoriously the easiest sleeper. I was a bit concerned about the reviews that said that the bed doesn’t fully shape up and that there are areas that are lower than other areas. I will say that in the first day or so, that is the case. But if you let it get the air back inside it, within a day or two, that problem is resolved. It didn’t even affect our sleep. It was totally minimal. I’m so glad we went with this mattress and this brand again. We liked it so much that we are replacing our teenager’s mattress with the twin size. We got the king size. If you are like us, you are probably scouring tons of merchants, reading tons of reviews, and trying to figure out if this is worth it. Bed arrived in a timely manner. The box was pretty beat up upon arrival. Brought the box in and took the mattress out. Mattress seemed undamaged. We took the mattress upstairs and unrolled it. It immediately started to expand. We followed the instructions that were sent. Instructions indicate that mattress can be slept on immediately but we waited over 24 hours before we slept on it. The corners at the foot of the bed did not fully expand. After 4 days the mattress felt lumpy and we were waking up with back and neck pain. The motion transfer is terrible. My husband moves allot in his sleep and it was like I was on a raft in the water when he moved. Our quality of sleep was greatly affected to the point that we were getting such terrible sleep that after 4 days we were exhausted. We decided to start the return process. It stated that we would have to return the mattress, decompressed and in a box. We bought a mattress bag and had it deflated. We tried so hard to get it rolled back up but the mattress ended up coming unrolled and expanded again 😫 I called Amazon and explained the issues with the mattress and told them there was no way we could return the mattress. Amazon was amazing to work with and ended up refunding the price of the mattress and told us we could do what we wanted to with the mattress. We donated the mattress. The place we donated it to said it would likely be sent to the less fortunate in Africa! Thank you to Amazon customer service for being so amazing!! ... show more

Very comfortable, took about 2-3 days to fully take proper shape. Good amount of firmness. Only complaint is the edge support. If you sit at the edge you may slide if you are not aware.
