This is our third mattress from Zinus. First one (queen 10in) is so comfortable, second was 12in king and was too hard so we recently bought a new king 10in. It is suppose to be medium support but it’s still a bit hard. I’m hoping by sleeping on it for awhile it will become softer.

I’ve been using this Zinus mattress for about a week now, and here is my honest feedback regarding the comfort and the delivery process. The Comfort: • Perfect Balance: The mattress strikes a great balance—it’s not too soft that you sink in, but not too firm either. It provides just the right amount of support for a restful sleep. I’m very satisfied with the overall feel and quality of the foam. The Delivery (The downside): • Heavy & Hard to Move: The box is incredibly heavy. I live in an apartment and explicitly requested delivery to my front door, but the courier only left it in the building's common mailroom/parcel locker. • The Struggle: Moving it from the mailroom to my unit was a massive struggle. If you live alone or have back issues, you will definitely need a second pair of hands or a dolly to get this inside. Final Verdict: The product itself is excellent for the price, and I’m sleeping much better. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. Since it’s a 10 inch bed the inflation time was very quick. The Durability seems to be their and fits perfectly in my bedroom. I’ve dealt with all types of beds in the last 15 years and like these the way these are shipped and wrapped the best. So it definitely was a breeze to set up. The smell Well didn’t have any. I bought 2 of these mattresses for my vacation home. Good mattress for the price. I found it a little on the firm side so I added a 3” mattress topper. My guests raved about how comfy it was. I would recommend if you like a very firm mattress.
