These are some of the most comfortable mattresses ever. We had one for a couple of years that we kept in a spare room. We would actually go in there to take naps because that mattress was more comfortable than our regular one. Once our kids both move to big kid beds, we had to buy a second because I wanted something that was comfortable and would last for a long time. They are sturdy and if the dogs let themselves into the room and hop onto the bed while the kids are sleeping, they don’t even feel the bed move because the movement doesn’t transfer.

Just like I said about the box spring I bought online, I can't believe I bought a Queen-sized mattress online! I didn't have to drive to every store that sells mattresses to find a deal on a mattress that smells like pickles when it is delivered. (yes - that happened once) This was delivered right to my door hassle-free and hermetically sealed with all of the air sucked out of it and rolled up in 2 layers of heavy plastic. It would have been much easier if I had some help because it was super heavy and I'm kind of old but strong and determined. So I won. You have to be super careful when opening the box if you use a knife so you don't cut through the plastic or slice the mattress. It will start to expand and that isn't good until you have it in place. I removed the first layer of plastic, put the mattress on top of the box spring and carefully cut the last layer of plastic and it started to "inflate" right away. It was easy to pull the plastic off and within an hour it seemed to be fully fattened up. It had the slightest of odors but I'm sensitive to scents and it disappeared within the hour. It is so comfortable! It is firm until you lay on it and then you kind of sink a little. I think the more you weigh the more you'll sink but it keeps it's shape and has a very nice attached cover that is super soft. I don't believe I'll need a separate mattress cover and will put the sheets right on the mattress. My only concern is that my guest will get too comfy and won't want to leave. It is more comfortable than my expensive King-sized bed from a bougie department store. I would have given 5-stars but it wasn't cheap and it is solid foam with no coils so I will trust this will hold up better if used only occasionally for guests - not every night. So for that purpose it is worth the price and the wrestling match. Glad that I read all the good reviews and made the decision to purchase this mattress. I'm very happy with it and would highly recommend giving it a try!

This bed is a firm bed, especially when it's cold in your room. But will soften after it absorbed your body heat. Make sure you have a lot of blankets or thick ones. Otherwise this bed has been amazing. Been sleeping like a cat. Didn't take long to expand and I don't think I'll be getting a new bed anytime soon.

This had several weeks to fully expand before anyone slept on it because it is at our vacation home, and that could have helped with its comfort. This is comfortable for my son who is 5’10” 250lbs, friends of our sleeping on it together who probably combine over 600lbs., and also people who are pretty skinny. This is just sitting on a metal platform frame and is great.

Been sleeping on this two weeks now and my husband and I love it. Went with the 10”. Paired with the zinus platform bed. Took some getting used to, first time with a non traditional spring mattress. Did give it 48 hours to fluff up. No weird smell. Heavy box, definitely needed my husband’s help moving it around. We are very happy with it. It’s firm but comfortable. Love so far!

I was impressed with this mattress. It is firm but hugs your body so it’s comfy! Did not leave a smell at all when I was setting it up like my other box mattresses did. 8 inch is a bit skinny, I can touch my box spring when I step in one spot of course but when you’re laying flat, it’s thick enough.
