I ordered this mattress for my new apartment and wow! I am so pleased at its quality for the price! First of all, it *looks* very nice, clean, and had no chemical-y smell (after ordering a bunch of stuff on Amazon for my new apartment, that last thing was a very welcome surprise). It came rolled-up in a vacuum-sealed plastic pouch in a tall skinny box. (The box was very heavy to move, if that's something you're concerned about). Once I cut open the plastic, the mattress inflated and boom! It was ready to use! The mattress is *quite* plush. (Maybe even too plush if that's something you don't like. The memory foam is very obviously there.) Still, it's been quite comfortable during these first few days at my apartment and it totally beats sleeping on the floor. For the price, I'm very happy with how this mattress is working.

I bought this for my five year old. I slept on it with her the first night and it was surprisingly comfortable even for my heavy body I didn’t feel like I was on the floor but it wasn’t tough either. Good quality and great price.

I bought this mattress to replace the guest bedroom mattress at my mother's house, since I have to frequently visit. Because it's not my regular bed, I didn't want to spend too much money, but I wanted something that would be supportive but also cooling. This mattress offers both features. The edges of the mattress are a little too soft, especially when you sit on the side of the bed, but that fact doesn't take away from the support the memory foam offers once one is sitting against the headboard or lying down. I toss and turn at night, and so I tried the mattress on my sides, my back, and my stomach. All positions were comfortable. I don't know how the mattress will handle more frequent use, but it's perfect for my purpose.

We had to get my son a larger bed/mattress and he had been sleeping on an Ashley Chime firm mattress (full). It was firm and had better edge support. When replacing the furniture/mattress I could tell this queen size felt a little lighter than the full size. That would indicate a less dense foam in this mattress. It doesn't have the edge support either- sitting on the side and it sinks down, a lot. But, for my teenager this has been fine. He says it feels good and he sleeps good, so a good budget mattress. It did expand all the way though you may have to fix the mattress cover on the corners so it can expand fully- it may bunch up a little or get twisted. No lingering smells. We have this on a frame with slats and you can't tell by laying on it. Please note that people complaining about lack of support are often talking about the thinnest mattress. Thicker foam = better support. If this mattress had been any more expensive it would be 3 stars.

The mattress arrived ahead of schedule, with no noticeable damage to the package, and once the plastic wrapping had been removed, the bed rolled out as described. I waited 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand, and gave it a sleep test - and I was not disappointed. As a seasoned professional who has seen more mattresses in my lifetime than I care to admit (including the one in the guest room that I’m convinced is just a glorified brick), I have to say, the ZINUS 10 Inch Green Tea Essential Memory Foam Mattress is a game-changer. Picture this: I'm on vacation at the beach, ready to do absolutely nothing but enjoy some R&R. I rented a cute little beach house with a mattress just like this one. Normally, when I wake up, my hips sound like a rusty old hinge. But after a night on this mattress? Not a peep! It was like my hips had turned back the clock. And as a side sleeper, that’s saying something! Pros: Perfect Height for Petite People: Standing at a grand 5'2" (on a good day), getting on and off a mattress has always been a bit of an acrobatic performance for me. But this mattress? It’s just the right height. I can actually sit on the edge, put on my socks, and not feel like I’m about to plunge off the side of a cliff. Quiet as a Mouse: Whether I’m tossing and turning or my husband and I are…ahem…enjoying some “adult time,” this mattress stays quiet. There’s no creaking, no groaning (at least not from the bed), just blissful silence. It's a dream for anyone who doesn’t want to wake their partner with every roll or wiggle. Body Contouring Without the Dreaded Dip: The memory foam contours beautifully to my body, giving me that “snuggled by a cloud” feeling. But unlike other mattresses, it doesn’t give up on me halfway through the night by creating a sinkhole in the middle. It supports me all the way through. Cons: If I had to find a con, it would be that I can’t think of one yet. Seriously, it’s been nothing but comfort and quiet. Final Verdict: Would I recommend this mattress? Absolutely. I bought this mattress because of the reviews, but honestly almost cancelled before it arrived because I thought, "how good can a bed in a box really be?" Well, let me tell you, this did not disappoint! First of all it said it takes about 72 hours to completely decompress, but really it only took less than 10 minutes! There was NO smell and it had the perfect amount of support for me. Not too hard and not too soft. My body feels so much better and I look forward to sleeping each night now after spending the past year on a Tempur-Pedic, which was not a good mattress for me. LOVE this mattress and my niece visited for a week and slept on it as well and also loved it!
