We bought a camper that was only a few years old, and everything was in excellent condition, including the full size folding mattress. That is until we slept on it for the first time. It was maybe 4 inches thick and very uncomfortable. We looked on line and found this mattress. First of all it is actually the correct size for an RV mattress (Which is smaller that the standard queen size) It arrived quickly and we put it in as soon as it arrived. It took about a day to fully expand, and had no odor at all. What a difference! The comfort is amazing and it's just the right firmness. The only down side is that our bed is a fold down bench seat, and the mattress stores in the back when the seat is upright. With this mattress it takes up more space when not in use, but it's worth every bit of space we may have lost. For the money it's great, and you can rest assured you will get a good night sleep ... show more

We used this in our camper and it was so comfortable. When I upgraded to a 5th wheel I tossed this in our guest room and got a king for that. About 3 years ago I found it impossible to sleep next to my wife with how much heat she puts off, amount of blankets she uses and watches TV which drives me nuts so I just toss and turn and am never comfortable. So I started sleeping on this in my new room and I LOVE IT. Never been a back sleeper but I laydown on my back & I wake up in the same place, like I never moved. The girlfriend wants to try it to so bad but my family freaked out at Thanksgiving when I introduced her and my wife was so very rude to her. However, I still slept so good that night while my wife, overcome by shame for her rudeness I suspect, went nuts destroying the house, blaming god for ruining thanksgiving and when she calmed down & told her it wasn't too late to apologize and clear the air. Next thing you know I wake up 48 hours later with a huge knot on my head and a skillet next to me while wife is talking to her sister saying "he tried to introduce his girlfriend on Thanksgiving to HIS WIFE and to apologize to her. I just want to make sure that is very clearly explained to the detectives on why he died in his sleep" . Her and her sister live in a fantasy land and are upset that my brother in law & myself have cleaning ghosts that pick everything up when we go to sleep. It's amazing, sometimes I see just how much it'll do and go crazy leaving things & when I wake up from my incredible nights sleep, it's all gone! They're blind mad with jealousy ... show more

This is the fourth mattress I have bought from this company and they are all holding up great. I was glad to see that they had a mattress with the RV dimensions. Not sure why the RV industry has to have their own sizes? I have used it for several months now and I have no complaints. I just rotated it the other day for the first time. This is a massive improvement over the original camper mattress that came with our Keystone Springdale Mini. Though, I would say it is more firm vs medium which is why I only gave it 4 stars. We no longer feel like we're sleeping directly on the plywood base. Quick and easy to set up. No strong odors either. My standard queen sheets fit nicely. Package was smaller than expected because it was vacuum packed, but fit the it description when released from packaging. The mattress is thick and soft. It fits in our camper well. We like a very soft mattress, and this one was close. Not as soft as we would like, but definately not hard. Has been doing great. When we 1st opened and set it up, it inflated to 8" within 4 hours. No odor. Have been sleeping more sound. Not waking up so sore. Instructions say to open within 72 hours of receiving it, but date of build was a year ago Aug 2022. Have recommended if they get the 8" back in stock. ... show more
