Mattress was shipped and arrived on time and in good condition. Box is heavy, but survived shipment. I took it upstairs before opening and that was definitely the smart thing to do. The mattress is heavy since it has springs. The card that comes with it pre-warned me that the mattress knows Kung Foo and to watch out when opening since it is under a lot of pressure. I was careful when opening and it was such a fun thing to watch! Placed the mattress on the bed and it near doubled in size over the course of just one day. Assuming about 48 hours to be fully "unpacked," but my daughter (12) slept on it the first night and was very pleased. It is just the right amount of soft comfort, but without sinking in. Even if it only lasts a couple years, this is well worth the purchase for now. Will update if anything changes! ... show more

I love the mattress. It was easy to unpackage/expand and is very comfy. HOWEVER, I was looking for a firm mattress. The posted reviews for the medium mattress appeared to include responses from people who bought the firm one. I didn't realize this and didn't look close enough at the product description, so I ended up with a medium mattress instead of a firm one. I've been sleeping on the medium mattress for 2 months and am starting to have back/neck problems. I am hoping I don't need to replace the mattress after such a short time, especially because I'm the only one in the family who is having any problem with it. ... show more

Honestly idk why mattress are so expensive but this one is nice for the price. I love spring gives it bounce and better hugs your body. I like softer squishy beds this is a little firm for me but I still hella like it!
