Firm but comfortable
Size: King Style: 10 Inch
We got the 10inch, in the hopes it would be on the firmer side. It is! We had quite the journey finding the right mattress. We have an older zinus memory foam that I love, but it is a Queen and we now sleep on a king. A couple years ago I ordered what I thought was the same mattress (but in king) and it just wasn’t the same. Too soft, not enough support and I get migraines from it. So then we went mattress shopping and I only like the $6k Tempurpedic firm mattress, of course. Knowing it was possible to find something cheaper, I went ahead and got a “plank” mattress, which was wayyy too firm. But the company was great and refunded. So I decided to take a chance and order this Zinus mattress, knowing how much I loved the original, but having a hard time finding something comparable, since it is no longer sold. Happy to report this mattress is the one! It’s not exact, but close enough that I don’t get migraines. It’s very supportive and doesn’t give in the tummy/hip area during the night. Keeps you straight. I’m 165 pounds. No idea of durability, but I don’t really care. Just relieved to have something that works for now and doesn’t cost $6k. ... show more

Great affordable mattress
Size: Full Style: 12 Inch
I had my doubts ordering an affordable mattress online, but this has really checked all the boxes. Very easy to unbox; didn’t explode out of the package like I was expecting. Took 2 people but I think one could manage. The firmness had me weary; feels very firm to the touch but surprisingly enough, my body just melts into it perfect without it feeling firm at all. I was sleeping great, immediately! I let it air out and form for 2 days, although I didn’t even notice any odor to it after removing from bag. I definitely plan to recommend this to everyone I know who is need of a new mattress. No reason to pay those big box store prices ever again! ... show more

Love it so much we repurchased
Size: King Style: 10 Inch
This is the second Zinus Green Tea mattress we have bought and we love it! We first bought a Queen in 2020 and our expectations were totally exceeded, so when we moved this year and wanted a King, we knew we wanted the same style mattress. I added a 1 in plush mattress cover and it’s perfect with both softness and supportive shape. It did not have any smell, discoloration, sagging, etc. at all AND we had to leave it in the box for almost a year due to unplanned renovations. ... show more

Comfortable and great bang for buck matress
Size: Twin Style: 12 Inch
Got this for the guest bedroom. It is very comfortable but maybe a little too soft. That’s subjective though. The mattress did arrive damage. There was a 6” tear in the seam. I contacted Amazon and they issue a partial refund from my request. Fortunately I have a seamstress in the family that was quickly able to fix the tear. ... show more

Body feels a lot better after using this
Size: King Style: 12 Inch
Upgraded from a really cheap spring mattress that was causing me pain, this bed is firmer than I expected but it still has a nice “mush” feeling and I feel like it’s supporting me evenly instead of having pressure on my hips and shoulders. It expanded quickly and had no odor. I was hoping it would smell like green tea but it doesn’t. The mattress is supposed to have different areas with different levels of support, and it works pretty well. ... show more

Size: Twin Style: 10 Inch
Very easy to just take out of the box and unwrap. I had the older version of this bed and my brother loved it so much that i bought him the new one. Very comfortable. My cat even favors this bed. lol

Good for the price
Size: Queen Style: 12 Inch
We bought this for our guest room and it is very comfortable for the price. Perfect for guest rooms. We also bought a different mattress from this company that was very hard so make sure to get the LUXE if you do not like hard mattresses

A+++++++
Size: Queen Style: 12 Inch
Easily the best and most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. I paid 3x as much as I did for this mattress and the Zinus brand is better. No joke. I sleep like a rock since receiving this. Came in a box, so awesome and easy to carry for me (about 80lbs). Built in USA so you’re supporting your fellow country people vs some other country that has crappy QC. The customer service people are great too. I called them to register my bed with the warranty they offer included in price and the lady helped me out, was pleasant, didn’t wait on hold for even 5 mins. Zinus has their stuff together and I’m a believer! I bought on a cyber Monday deal but even the regular price far exceeds paying triple for an inferior product with a good brand name. You spend 1/3 of your life in bed. Might as well do I in style and have enough money left over to buy a foundation from Zinus and a couple hundred bucks to spend on a new comforter, sheets, new pillows and dinner at a high end restaurant. This is a no brainer type of deal and my life has changed since I rolled the dice on this brand I have never heard of before. I’m happy to report that instead of tossing/turning on my old pillow top bed I literally fall asleep fast and wake up in the same exact position. The frame is made solid so no squeaky sounds upon laying down, solid feel too. Do what I did and grab a matress and the frame and I even have 14 inches under the bed to store and stow away items that would never fit under a standard bed with box spring. I can’t say enough for the overall experience with Zinus and my excitement rubbed off on my Mom who purchased a full size at regular price for her guest room bed. She then told my aunt who also bought a queen like me. The feeling of not being tired after sleeping 6 hrs/night is priceless! My back pain has subsided, my deep sleep mode is stellar, and my life has been exceptionally better all because of this mattress and frame. Im in sales and honestly could go door to door with this product and be very successful selling these. They sell themselves! If you’re in the market for an A* experience and are skeptical, roll the dice because you will win everytime with this gem of a set up. That is all. ... show more
