Absolutely love it! I purchased the ZINUS 10 Inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress, Queen. I’d recommend this mattress to family, friends and now even strangers on the internet, hi 👋. I was in a pinch and needed to upgrade my bed from a full to a queen while also being on a budget which isn’t easy. I don’t have a big vehicle either nor the time to go and check them out in person so I was taking a leap of faith since I had to buy it prior to trying it. Anyways, I can’t pass up a good deal, especially In this economy 😅 so i decided to just buy it. And for just about $200 I was able to get a whole new bed ! Yay. As usual it was a quick delivery and the box was very sturdy so it made moving it easy. After carefully opening it and giving it a couple hours to “rise and set” it was ready for a test. It’s soo comfy! The sides don’t dip down and it a great size ! After opening it and taking off the plastic I gave it a good sniff and I don’t think it smelled. Plus once you put fresh clean bedding on you don’t even notice the smell of heaven. Ooh in terms of firmness and support, I’d say it’s “firm” but, it’s like a plush firm that’s like a pillow. It holds you but also lets you sink in just a tad so you’re comfortable. So good back support. TLDR, Great price, very comfy, doesnt smell, easy set up, true to size, and it has a nice support. EDIT : Almost a year later I still love this purchase just as much as when I purchased it. I’m a heavy gurl and something I worried about was how it would hold its shape as time went on and the mattresses hasn’t shown signs of wearing. Best mattress for under $500

Ordered this mattress in a queen size since a friend recommended it and said she loved it and everyone she’s recommended it to loves it as well. I was looking at mattresses that were over $1k and this one you’d never think is under $300 with how comfy it is. It’s definitley on the firmer side but I’d still consider it medium firmness. It keeps me cool at night which I’m a huge fan of! Overall I’d definitley recommend to anyone looking for a quality mattress for under $500 ... show more

Twin isn’t standard size

We ordered a twin about a year ago, thought it was decent but it didn’t fit the bed frame lengthwise. It was an old inherited twin bed, I figured it must be a Twin XL frame, filled the 5-6” gap with pillows and left it at that. Today I went to measure to see about getting the right size bed rails for the bed, and lo and behold, it’s not the frame it’s the MATTRESS. The listed dimensions state it’s a standard 75” long, but that’s a big NOPE. This mattress is barely pushing 71” so we will inevitably have a weird gap on any bed because it’s 4” shorter than advertised. Too late to return it of course, and I don’t know how you get it back in the box to return anyway, so we will live with it. It’s comfortable enough, my 40lb kid has slept well on it. But would not purchase again because it has no edge support, you sink down uncomfortably when you sit on the edge to tuck your kid in. Also there are class action lawsuits about undisclosed (or not sufficiently disclosed) fiberglass in them and people have been hurt, if NYTimes Wirecutter didn’t mention either of those issues with this pick otherwise we would have chosen something else. ... show more

Highly recommend these if you're in the market for a mattress!

I stressed over finding the right mattress for months and ended up buying two of these for my 3 and 5 year old as their starter "big kid beds" and I actually love them! They are super soft, but sturdy and paired with a nice duvet you'll sleep great. I actually don't mind when my kids wake me up to come sleep with them in the middle of the night now. Mattress preferences are obviously super personal and subjective, but if you want a mattress that feels cloud like- this one's for you. We're almost two years into using ours and they've held up super well. No lumps or divots where my kids typically sleep. Although a good reminder I should probably rotate them soon! ... show more

this mattress i think is worth the money. It is a little firm but i do not mind.. My guest love it and say that is is comfortable. The size is perfect. The process of unboxing it was extremely easy. And it fits perfectly in a queen frame.

Soft mattress with even softer edges

Previous mattress was also a bed in a box mattress, but full memory foam. I expected this one to be a little firmer, as it has mattress coils as well. Came in a box that was slightly damaged and wet, but the mattress itself was wrapped well in plastic and was fine. I left it to expand for 2 days before attempting to sleep on in. No chemical smell noted, even right after unpacking. The sides of the mattress do have handles to help maneuver it around the room, which is helpful. After 2 days, the corners seemed a tiny bit flat, but nothing that seemed like it would be noticeable. I've now slept on it for a little over a week. I agree with some of the other reviews. The edges are REALLY soft if you sit on them (like you're going to slide off). Laying down is a little better, but it is still pretty soft. The bigger issue, however, is there seems to be a lot of inconsistency in firmness across the width of the mattress, which makes it feel like one side of your body is sinking in more than the other. I've tried sleeping on each side of the mattress and the middle and have this feeling everywhere (and I'm small at about 125 lbs). It feels alright when I am falling asleep on my back, but side sleeping definitely doesn't feel very comfortable and I've been waking up in the morning with hip/SI joint pain. Not good

I previously bought a full-size mattress here for my son, and this time I bought one for my daughter. After she had been sleeping on it for a while, we felt it wasn't good. We had specifically chosen a spring mattress hoping for something firmer, but it turned out to be very soft and felt uncomfortably hollow or unstable.
