We have three, yes three cockipoos. They are now 14+ years old. They eat and eat, and did I forget to say they eat this Zignature Venison Limited Ingredient Formula Dry Dog Food for most of their lives. One reason is they have an allergy to chicken. Some other dog foods have, in the small print, chicken and chicken by products. Second reason is other dog foods have venison BUT the venison comes after other ingredients, especially potatoes. Finally found a dog food that actually lives up to the hype. My pup has more energy, a shinier coat, and no more tummy issues. They love mealtime now — tail wags every time I open the bag. Ingredients are clean and you can tell it’s made with quality in mind.

The only food that really works for my dog. She likes the turkey and whitefish ones. She is a husky and has a sensitive stomach. We've tried other limited ingredient foods, but they still had some kind of chicken in it. This food works perfect and keeps her healthy with no stomach/digestive issues.     • Good experience, but wasn't able to overcome chronic skin condition as hoped

This is probably the best *dry* dog food experience our 5-yr old female GSD has had, however she has a terrible chronic skin condition (sebaceous adenitis) that we were hoping the Salmon would help, but unfortunately did not. We've been using for about 6 months now. The good experience for us is she really liked this food. We used to be 100% on Farmer's Dog, which has been the best experience, but crazy expensive. We had switched to 50/50 Farmer's and Zignature for the last 6 months, but unfortunately her skin smells terrible and she keeps getting skin infections. We were hoping to get off of the expensive Farmer's Dog, but we have made the decision to go back 100% on Farmer's so at least she can stop getting skin infections. I'm sure for dogs that don't have a chronic condition, this would be great, and the ingredients seem to be very good, so that's why I gave it a 4-star review. ... show more
