As he got up there in age, he started having a really hard time chewing his usual kibble. He would just sniff at it and walk away, which was so worrying. The texture is perfect for him. It’s soft and easy for his senior teeth to manage, but it’s not mushy or messy—it holds its shape well. He absolutely loves the taste. He gets excited when he sees me pull out a pouch, and he cleans his bowl every single time. From my perspective, I love the convenience. Since my dog is small, one pouch is the perfect single serving for him. The fact that they come in these individual pouches is fantastic because I don't have to worry about a big bag going stale. I’ve tried a lot of dog foods and treats over the years, but Purina Moist & Meaty pouches are hands-down one of my dogs' favorites. These are technically dog food, but I love how versatile they are. Sometimes I use them as a full meal, and other times I treat them like high-value snacks. The cost for the value is unmatched as I have spent plenty of time looking for low cost but reliable treats and this one always comes out on top. What really sets them apart is how perfectly they work inside puzzle toys. I use the Nina Ottosson treat-dispensing toy, and these soft little bits fit right in. The scent is strong enough to keep my dogs interested and sniffing, but not overwhelming for me. It turns into a whole game—my dogs stay mentally stimulated and happy, and I get a few minutes of peace while they work to get every last piece out. My huskey is very picky with her food Got to a point she wouldn’t eat for a day or 2 Switched to this stuff They are indevidual bags witch is both nice and a pain at the same time she seems to enjoy how it tastes haven’t had issues with her eating since we got it

Packing in individual pouches kinda saves some time, and it's a good way to avoid spills. My two Rottweilers gobble it right down, so it must taste good. I recommend this product.
