I really like and dislike these lights at the same time. I originally got these to replace a recessed lighting we had in our kitchen above the sink. For some reason the light was always so dim, and I really needed a brighter light. So we thought about replacing the entire light itself to see if that would fix the problem and so far, it has. I like how its open the bottom of the lighting, so it really brightens up the space but at the same time, I almost wish it had some type of enclosure because I feel like it's almost too bright. The design is more modern on these lights, I wouldn't say farmhouse style, because I can't say for sure if this really goes with the theme of our home, modern farmhouse. The light is nice and priced decently, I just don't really know if I like the style of the fixture. As far as quality it is great, and a nice feature is you can /adjust the light bulbs on the inside of the light to control where your lights are directing. Overall, a 7/10.

I think these are great looking lights. I needed exactly two when i ordered these. However, when I put them up, the box was too low. I hooked up the wires and attached it to the ceiling. There was a big gap beteen the ceiling and the new fixture showing the electrical box. So I couldn't use them, which is why I'm giving this an average rating. I'm sure it wasn't the fault of the fixture company as much as the last contractor. I'm sure they work just great where the drywall and electrical box are flush, as they should be.

For about $22.50 each, these lights are pretty good. The metal is fairly thin, but once installed you can't tell and it will last. One of the lights I received wasn't painted very well on one side - you may or may not be able to see it in the photo. Once installed, it won't be easy to see, especially if I install that side facing the hall wall.

The media could not be loaded. Nice light to enhance any hallway, laundry room or any room. Open frame style so light isn't dimmed by a cover. Allows a lot more light throughout. Easy to install and made of metal which will last. Also the tilt down ability of the light socket is great .

I love the farmhouse design of these fixtures. you can use them individually or together as a pair. The instructions appear to be straightforward but I'm not very handy, so I hire this type of installation out to a handyman. So far, I didn't hear his curse when he was installing these in my closet so the instructions must have been clear! I love the way these look in the closet. It elevates the look and the light is bright with two of them mounted in the ceiling. I would submit a picture but my closet is a mess since I had to pile everything up for him to install these. Once I clean it out, I'll post a picture.
