Instructions to begin adding products iswell written, but unable to get other information unless we contact the vendor, would be best if we could go online and search the items we desire to add. does not connect online. Avoid this register , it crashed on me twice in 6 months , I would give it 0 stars if able . Just ordered another cash register so in less than 6 months I am junking $1000 This machine is pretty janky to start with , it never functioned smoothly Avoid avoid avoid
