I bought the 50 feet option 3 separate times starting about 6 months ago to bunny proof the room my rabbit free roams in when I am with him in the room (which is mostly all day) lol...my rabbit seemed to leave it alone the first few months but then he got interested and chewed a hole right through it as you can see in the one picture but that cord was lucky because as you can see in the other picture, some other cords were not...I'm not sure what to do now because I bought this since the description states it will protect your wires from animals chewing...too bad for my pocket that wasn't true...one set of wires was for the Wii and I don't know if I can even still get them replaced SMDH I tried to find a way to contact the seller but couldn't figure out how so I have to leave a poor review...no clue what to do now to bunny proof my wires... ... show more

I had to return several looms I purchased on Amazon due to their extremely low quality materials. They would not keep the shape and had very thing walls that crushed immediately. This 1/4" loom has pretty thick walls and doesn't collapse when tied with zip ties. It's as good as it gets!

This stuff is tough, rigid but still quite flexible, and once you get a system down it is very easy to install on all your wires. I'm purchasing a second roll to finish the job. For years I've replaced so many cords because my cats get ahold of them and now my cats don't even go near the wires I've put this stuff on! ... show more

I purchased 70 feet of the 0.5 inch tubing to protect my computer wires from my cat. Once I obtained the knack for it, threading wires into the protective tubing was relatively simple. It took me around 2 hours to completely organize and protect my entire collection of computer cords with the 70 feet of tubing I purchase. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase as my cat no longer even considers the wires valid chew objects. One small complaint I have is that it can be rather difficult to get larger cords, such as thicker HDMI or power cables, through the tubing and it resulted in raw finger tips, but other than this, terrific product. ... show more

    • Great for Protecting O2 Tubing!!

I bought this to enclose the 50 ft length of oxygen tubing that trails after me in the house. My young adult kitty was obsessed with chewing on the plastic which resulted in many tears, which kept the O2 from reaching me. Secondly, it keeps the tubing from developing the frustrating bird nests and snarls which occur so easily. I’ve accidentally stepped on it a few times which hasn’t hurt it, it just makes a crackling sound that reminds me of stepping on snails in the garden! Eeewwww, gross!! So I bought this to bunny proof wires mostly cell phone chargers since our princess bunny has gone through 6 charger wires I figured I'd buy this instead of a new phone charger every other day I seem to be at a love and hate status with this purchase let's start with the love .. love the price love the amount which I bought the 100 ft one love the fact the bunny has not made it through any as of yet it's been a month.... now let's go to the hate part of it .. hate having to put it on our chargers it's not that easy i eventually get it on but not without my fingers hurting hate that once it's on my wire isnt very flexible i have a 10 ft phone charger wire and once its covered with this i have 10 ft of solid wire which it seems ok for our smaller charger wires the 3 to 5 ft ones. I hate that it's a pain to remove and also hate that the size is not flexible at all so anything thicker then a small charger wire and theres no room to get anything thicker in so our braided chargers dont fit well so i know have to order the next size up which means i didnt really need 100ft i bought 100 ft to cover all our wires the chargers google home computer and night stand lights and it only fits the phone chargers I think I'm gonna try a different wire protector to see if maybe it's a little easier and less of a pain ... show more

Bought this product to rabbit-proof the room we keep our rabbit in but it took him about 30 seconds to chew right through. Giving it 2 stars instead of one because we were able to notice the rabbit chewing on the cord because it made a loud crunching sound so we were almost able to stop him, but ultimately the wire protector failed. Installing goes alright for the most part- sometimes the wire cover does curl over itself and becomes a pain but once you get it going there are limited issues. ... show more
