I love this lock, it’s perfect. The bright color makes it easy for me to find which locker I used when I come in from the pool with no glasses on. And I don’t need to carry a key into the pool with me. My only caveat is that I read the directions and reset the combination incorrectly. Somehow I was able to figure out how to undo my mistake. But really, that was just shear luck. If you set the combination, wrong, and don’t know what you set, it is impossible to reset the combination. The lock I received would not open. I emailed Zhege customer service. They responded within hours with options to fix. When those didn't work, the mailed me a replacement which I received in less than a week after first contacting them. That is rare !
