I honestly like the frame but I found as I was building it there were no pre-drilled holes in board for where the plug was to set (no big deal as I drilled them myself) but one of the holes where the screws go was stripped already, so the screw doesn’t hold in place. I don’t find that it takes away from the structural integrity of the frame since it is right by the leg and the cross bar is secured on the other side but it is annoying that the screw doesn’t stay secured. I really like this bed that was purchased for guest bedroom. No room for night stands so the headboard with double shelves and electrical outlet and USB ports eliminated the need for them. Directions were pretty clear but my husband and I made some mistakes that we had to redo which made it take longer to put together. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is there is not enough lip/ledge in the frame to keep mattress from sliding. We think we have come up with a solution but at the time of this review have not tried yet. ... show more

After majority of assembly, we found that part #9 to be missing. It is too much of a hassle to put it back and return it. Hope the product owner can send us that part. UPDATE: They responded promptly and we received the missing part. After installing it, bed frame is sleek and sturdy. Thank you!

It looked really nice in the photos, and we ordered 2. Both were rusted and had a dirt like powder all over that needed to be wiped. Assembly instructions were less than vague and cuts/drilled areas were way off. I wouldn’t normally care, but you can’t force it to slide and make fit with the headboard as it fits snug in its aligned area, so bolts didn’t go in all the way or right way. ... show more
