After using it twice, now it want even come out, nor can you free spool it out. It's a waste of money. Especially when you only get two uses out of it. I don't have $100 to throw away and Amazon shouldn't care products like this. This product makes Amazon look bad.

This winch is perfect for my purpose and works well but it only came with 30 feet of rope, not 50 feet as described. I need the whole 50 foot length, so this was a serious shortcoming and I feel the seller owes me the full 50 feet.

Everything is plug and play. Only issue I had was the length of the control wires. It is set to have the control box mounted close to the winch. I had to extend these wires to mount the control box at the rear of my Honda ATV. I did open the box to check the terminals and add some dielectric grease. I also added RTV around the control box for a water tight seal.

This winch hasn't failed me yet. Had a problem with the quick release knob, it was either missing when it arrived or I lost it, I don't honestly know. But I emailed them and without question one was at my door. I've had to use the wich a couple times and it going its job. I have to say the customer service is great. I would recommend this winch.

So far so good, definitely waterproof and good pulling power. Heavy winch on installation but I figure that’s a good thing. Used twice in water and mud with no issues. Time will tell more but pleased with purchase so far.

Not sure how good it is it did work when I wired it up next morning got up going to use it somehow it come on during the night rope was very tight won’t work now something burn up inside of it I can smell it....

My only issue is the 2 bolt mount design; granted it is in line with the reel/spool but if I actually try to winch 3k lbs, I won't be holding my breath. Was not aware of this when ordered.
