I have 2 of these winches, one on a '97 F-350, the other on a '96 F-450 service truck On the F-350 (cc, lb, 4x4), it's hidden behind the front bumper (no exterior modifications cause it's so small), and it can load the truck (~8k lbs) on a trailer single-lined, on a single Optima Red top, engine not running. Zero fuss! The second is mounted on top of the headache rack on my service bed. Mostly to complement the regular service-crane and/or drag dead machines onto a 20 ft trailer. I can selectively switch the motor (not the controller side) from 12v to 24v and have plenty of pulling power to do anything I need and still be single-lined. The shorter 50 ft line has never been an issue. That said, I don't expect it to load a 40 ft flat bed... I have an old 8k Warn for that job. I do keep a pair of rings to go triple-line (or more) if needed, but have never needed them for anything more than to pull around an obstacle. The wireless functions work awesome, but have a very slight delay that's more noticeable with how I use my service truck, but for general winching, it's not an issue at all. If you don't need to show off with the biggest possible winch that'll fit, then this one just might be what you're looking for.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ Solid Electric Winch — Powerful and Convenient, With Minor Cosmetic Flaw** The ZESUPER 9500 lb 12-volt electric winch is impressively powerful and gets the job done whether I’m pulling a trailer, vehicle, or heavy equipment. The wireless handheld remotes and wired control give flexibility — I appreciated being able to control it from a distance when reeling in a heavy load. Installation was pretty straightforward and the winch feels robust and well built. My only real gripe is that the bright orange finish fades much faster than I expected after a bit of exposure to sun and outdoor elements. It doesn’t affect performance — but the faded look makes it feel a little less premium over time. Overall, a strong, capable winch that I’d recommend — just don’t expect the color to stay vibrant forever.

This is my 3rd one i have bought, i got one on my trailer and it works great, i have another one in my race trailer works great and now one on my jeep and works great. these things just work. i have had the one in my race trailer pulling my race car in every weekend many times for 3 years and not problems, same on my other trailer and now i have used the one on my jeep twice and worths great!

This winch looks great. I'm new to winches but comparing this to others it's looks just as serious. I admit installation was easy but I also am a auto mechanic so hopefully you have some hand tools. Instructions are there but vaguely I see how it might be hard to understand just pay attention to details in the picture located in the owners manual and you should have no problem I had no issues with Wiring or installation. My clutch handle didn't look friendly and it's kindah hard to rotate but again this is my first winch ever. So maybe it's normal. But If it pulls me out when I need it I will be a very happy customer. I have tested it already once to make sure it works and yes with now issues. The wireless remote have a slight delay when you press the button but they work again probably normal ( battery is included ) I have mine set up with the hitch accessory so that I can switch my winch between my Subaru outback and for bronco or basically anything with an appropriate size hitch. Continued from February 2020,, this thing performed admirably I got stuck in the snow and at -10 *F (-/+ ) I was able to pull myself out with know issues at all, I felt confident the whole time, though it was a little hard to turn the handle to engage the gears but it did fine, one I figured it out, I'm not a serious off-roader but I don't see why this wouldn't be capable,

Do not waste your time or money purchasing this item. After I assembled the winch per their instructions I connected it to my battery and immediately upon connecting it to my battery it started to arc and partially melted the terminals of my battery. I followed the instructions as they were written and connected each wire color for color. I am a licenced electrician so I disassembled the winch to find out why it was not working and believe that it is wired wrong internally from the factory but I do not have enough time to figure out exactly what is causing it as the point of buying this winch was to make my life easier not give me more work to do. If you want a cheap winch go to harbour freight at least you can drive back to the store when it's busted instead of being taken apart on your shelf for the next 6 months
