So I wear between a size 2 and 4 and followed Amazon’s suggestion to purchase the small. It is snug around the waist. The ruching makes it very forgiving and paired with a loose fitting top, works in my opinion. The minus 1 star is for it running small and not TTS.

At 179lbs the large fit me well and is good quality. The skirt is high waisted and narrow at the leg area. Although the skirt is long, there is a split that makes it easy to walk in. The mesh draping is good to hide areas that you might be uncomfortable with, in the stomach area.
