The wine cooler arrived yesterday in excellent condition. The shelves are wide enough to hold many different size bottles that never fit well in my other cooler. No more ripping labels pulling the shelves in and out. I love the option to have three colors of interior lights and to leave one on permanently if I want. The cooler handle went on easily and the four leveling legs adjust quickly by just turning them. The cooler seems quiet and cooled down quickly. This seller did a wonderful job packaging and shipping this cooler. I purchased this product on Amazon and started having problems with it within about three weeks. Bottom zone shut off and started providing error messages and beeping. Nothing has resolve the problem and the company or distributor will not contact me to resolve the problem.

The Zephyr is attractive, holds a steady temperature but is about 3 degrees off. Not a problem so long as you know. Relatively quiet. There is some noise when the motor is running, but our is not in a cabinet which could muffle the sound. Overall we are very pleased with our choice.
