Great product! It is well made and sturdy. The baskets are spacious and are excellent places to store toiletries. The baskets can also be easily removed to clean them. It helps eliminate clutter in the bathroom. On the down side, it was extremely frustrating to put together. It took hours and hours! None of the YouTube videos or the 3D Bild APP explained exactly how to resolve my issue. It was all packed and ready to be returned! I finally realized the problem! The top piece A with the spring inside it did not have the connecting rod jutting out with the stopper on top of it (like shown in the picture in the instruction booklet). I discovered that the rod was actually inside rod A. I had to slide the rod through A (while still keeping it connected) and put the stopper on it myself. Then I was able to set the right height and tighten it! Phew…. If this had been explained in the directions, assembly would have taken about 15 minutes. I have described this in detail to hopefully help anyone who has the same issue! Despite this problem, I give this product 5 stars because its features are impressive! ... show more

There once was a woman who wanted an aluminum shower caddy, because they do not rust. She went to Bed Bath and Beyond but all the pieces were not in the box and the store was closing and they only had the one. So she returned it. She then purchased one from Lowe’s. It was around $75.00. It was aluminum, but it was not sturdy. The baskets would turn when she put her shampoo bottles in them, and it only had three baskets. So she returned it. Then she looked on Amazon and found this one. It was so easy to assemble! It has the perfect number of baskets, which are able to hold all her things for the shower. The woman was very happy with her purchase. She went through all Amazon Land to tell others of this wonderful shower caddy. The End ... show more

My boyfriend put it together so I can’t speak on how easy that part is. But I will say the instructions are very thorough and he put it together quick. It looks as advertised. It’s been up in the shower for a few weeks and no rust. Only problem is the bars in the shelving parts make it not so flat. You can’t use the entire space because of the bar design. My shampoo bottles tip over if I try putting them on certain areas of the shelf. But I’d buy it again given the price and it does it’s job which was to make the shower more organized for the two of us. ... show more

Put mine together, was easy and took maybe 3 minutes. But upon installing it the ceiling began to lift since there was no studs or reinforcement in the corner of my shower. Now I need to reseal that corner so it doesn't get moisture up there. The pole itself felt ok it wobbled slightly when messing with the baskets, the baskets were iffy on staying up but probably would be fine if you did it properly. Held a bunch of bottles fine and looked ok. Just not for my specific shower setup unfortunately. ... show more

Matte finish Seems sturdy Lots of space in the compartments. I like that it has hooks and a soap dish with holes... and 1 deep basket for tall bottles that won’t tip over. It looks easy to clean or keep clean. The directions are not the best. There are stickers that we don't know what they are for. I suggest not to firm the trays in until it’s up (make sure rubbers are rounded side up)... and don't put in the top cap until you’re certain you have the right fit.... don’t take the bags off the rods (the bag has the label). I have a 69” opening between my tub and ceiling. I used E on the bottom, then C, B, A. All sizes use A & B.... additional rods should be added to the bottom. ... show more

We purchased this organizer on November 22, 2023, and it lasted exactly 2.5 years before breaking on May 22, 2025. The unit was installed in a rarely used bathroom, accessed approximately once a week. Despite minimal usage, it unexpectedly failed, causing a loud noise that prompted an inspection. Upon checking, we found several broken components, including a top spring that had snapped in half and a cracked plastic tube, likely due to the fall. Given its limited exposure to wear and tear, the sudden failure of key structural elements raises concerns about durability. While the organizer functioned as expected during its lifespan, its abrupt breakdown suggests potential weaknesses in material quality. This organizer is very customizable. It had a strange smell straight out of the box, but it fades in like 3 days. Assembly is a little difficult. You need to measure your space properly and be careful with moving it. The hardest step is the twist tube fitting. Rubber grippers are a must for adjusting. Once it's installed, it's pretty stable. I haven't had any issues with falling. We've had it in a half tub and shower combo and now in a walk in shower. Fits perfectly in both. No rusting either! ... show more
