I want to start with saying how pleased I am with this product before I describe and critique it. I anticipated the arrival of this because I had purchased a pillow that was twice as expensive from a different company, not through Amazon 10 days before I paid for this pillow, that has yet to arrive at the time of this review (this arrived 5 days after purchase)and I was excited to use it on my couch. I will say that the quality and feel is wonderful. It’s firmer and heavier than I imagined, nice to lean back on with great neck support (to my pleasure) doesn’t feel cheap and the cover is rich in feel. It keeps a nice shape that is evident when you get off of using it which I love not having to reshape it. The only negative (which isn’t one since I’m so pleased overall) is that the measurement says 76 inches wide. That may be technically true if the cover were measured flat and empty. But this full cushion struggles to pass 71 inches. which is not a problem for me as I have a 71 inch sofa table behind it that it seems to meet end to end. The other more expensive pillow I ordered, says measured 71 inches. If the natural filled length is expected to be smaller, I’m glad I ordered this pillow saying 76. I can’t speak on the durability as it is brand new and It will hardly be used. I’ll have to come back much later with an update after I eventually clean it. But for the money and against a product (that hasn’t arrived) that is more than twice the price and reviews of it being mixed, I can’t imagine it will be better than this. Great price I’ll give this pillow 5 stars until I’m forced to provide an update to say different. I’m very pleased and excited by this pillow. I got what I was hoping for.

Bought this pillow and took it out of the vacuum packaging. When all the air was restored, I checked out the inner pillow, and found that most of the buttons had pulled off the pillow inside, leaving holes. Unable to re vacuum seal the product to return , and find a box it would fit into, I asked for a refund without return. I had to chat with several associates, tell my story about how cheaply made it was, send in a picture of my driver's license, and explain the situation over, and over again. I have spent so much money on Amazon, and this is the "thanks'' I got. Long story, but I dont recommend this product.

I bought this to turn a twin bed into a little couch/daybed, and it worked perfectly. The pillow is super comfortable, supportive, and instantly makes the bed feel more like a cozy seating space instead of just a mattress. The fabric is soft, the color is true to the listing, and it holds its shape well without being stiff. It’s great for reading, watching TV, or just lounging. I also love that it fills the space so the bed looks finished and put together. If you’re trying to make a small room more functional, this is such an easy upgrade. Would definitely buy again! We bought two twin and one king. We love it.

Satisfied with the product it initially may seem very flimsy, but give it 24 to 48 hours and it inflates and becomes more firm. It just does the job. I think it’s a good buy

I like the color, it’s comfortable, suits the purpose but the quality of craftsmanship was lacking. There was a lot of white strings left on one side of the pillow, from where they sew on the buttons. It doesn’t take much to cut off the little pieces of string which I did myself and it looks a lot better but I’m deducting a star for it.

Didn't want a headboard that could potentially bump the wall. This was the perfect solution. Looks great. Well made. Soft fabric.

During the late night hours before calling it a night, I relax on my bed with my laptop or just my Android. My bedroom's layout results in the pillow/support section of my bed to be against the foundation of the building I live in. I used to have 2 different reading pillows for back and neck comfort and support but eventually decided to look for an item more like this for better size and support and more firmness. When I first began using this headboard pillow, I was impressed with the support, along with its shape and size diameter. But just recently my rear neck and upper back have been getting soar while relaxing and leaning back on this pillow. It seems as if the diagonal angle of the pillow is too "steep".

The bottoms pop off and it’s basically impossible to put it back on. Already lost 3. It’s comfortable but the buttons are not sturdy.
