    • Looks great but hard to install
This light fixture looks amazing, especially for the price. There are a few of issues with the install which makes it a bit of a pain to install. 1st, because the wire runs are so tight it is a bit difficult to make sure everything is screwed together correctly and in the right position. 2nd, all of the lights have separate wires. In the box you will have to deal with 6 blacks and 6 whites wires, plus the additional black and white for the line. It comes with big wire nuts to handle screwing the 7 wires together but it would be nice if at least each are only had 1 pair of wires, or just if they included some small peices of wire so you could splice them separately on the ground and then only make one connection into the line. 3rd, my box had screw holes 3.5 inches apart which is somewhat standard but the included hanger does not support this size. I had to buy an adapter which was quite frustrating to discover in the middle of the project. Overall these issues are overcome by the great price point and great looks, so I recommend this product! ... show more

It is a fabulous light and dresses a room right up. If you need a bright, beautiful light at a great price look no further. I've had this light a year and a half, no issues and yes lightbulbs are included!

    • Difficult to Install, but Beautiful

So, unless you're someone with experience on lighting fixtures, this one was a doozy. The directions are not clear on how to attach the unit to the ceiling, then the unit to the bracket. I accidentally drilled four holes into my ceiling and ended up not needing them (luckily, the fixture covers the holes). That was really the most frustrating part. Assembling the crystals to the light fixture was super simple (even thought the directions indicate you need patience). I bought the light bulbs that Amazon recommended and it makes the room SO bright, and almost gives it a natural light look/feel. Overall for the price, it's a cool product, but it took some trial and error for me to get the thing up and working. Suggestion while installing for people not electrically inclined: -Put the 4 bolts that come with the bulbed ends on them facing DOWN in the X bracket. -Attach the X bracket to the old light fixture box that's already in the ceiling. Ensure the bulbed bolts are in the most outside hole in the X bracket -Attach the light unit wires to the corresponding color coming out of the ceiling (THIS WILL TAKE PATIENCE) -Push all wires back up into ceiling. (Will take patience) -Match holes in the light unit with the bulbed screws and screw the bulb ends so the light unit doesn't fall. -Follow directions how to attach the crystals to the light unit (this was easy) Hope this helps ... show more

First off the picture looks darker than what it looks like in person so the lighting is actually better. Also if you’re going to purchase it, it doesn’t come with the lightbulbs so make sure you buy the bulbs as well (not expensive you can find them anywhere and they will be very small so don’t be surprised. And yes they do provide good light even though they’re small. You’ll need 3 for the chandelier). My brother is an electrician so I had him install it because it looked too complicated for me personally. A piece of advise is to install it first then add the crystals because it will get heavy and because the plate is like a mirror, you’ll want to give it a wipe down so you can remove the fingerprints or any smudges. It would be best to start from the center and work your way outwards when installing the crystals. All that being said I absolutely love it! I think it’s worth it the purchase. I was skeptical at first because of the glaring look it has on the ceiling and the walls but when the light is on I actually don’t mind it. ... show more

    • Fantastic light, tricky installation

2.5 years after I bought this light, I finally got around to install it in my daughter's room. The bracket for the light isn't standard but you can figure out how to line up two holes. Didn't come with mounting screws but I was able to find some that worked. Attaching the wire was the most tricky. The pre-attached wiring harness was connected incorrectly with a white and black wire connected together into each wiring slot. Of course when you connect your 3 wire to the other side and the harness, none of the lights work. Took me a few minutes to realize what happened and reattached the wires in correct order. All black wires needs to go into 1, all white ones go into another, and then ground. You hook up power wires in the same order on opposite side of the harness. Attaching the housing was a little tricky too since they never told you to tighten the screws in earlier steps. From there it's just the tidious task of attaching all the crystals. A needle nose plier makes the job a lot easier. Once completed you'll realize that it was all worth it! Light is beautiful and perfect size for an average room. ... show more

We chose this light fixture because we wanted something elegant that didn’t hang too low and added a little bling to the room. I was a bit concerned about the quality of the materials when ordering a light so inexpensive. However, when it arrived my concerns vanished. The fixture itself is strong with a nice finish, and the dangling glass pieces are heavy glass, not plastic or resin. To say this chandelier requires some assembly would be an understatement. The unit we received literally needed full assembly: you’ll need tools, or an electrician. I would personally call this a “build-it-yourself chandelier kit.” Not a problem if you are handy or have a little extra time, but this isn’t a fixture you’ll pull out of the box, wire, and be done in 15 minutes. Plan a little extra time for this project... it’s worth it. I added a Lutron dimmer along with the suggested bulbs and am very pleased with the overall effect. Everyone who has seen this light has loved it. The chandelier looks so much more expensive that it actually is. Truly a great value. Worth the effort... WELL worth the money. ... show more
