Good powerful winch. We didn't get brackets to mount black box on top of winch as shown in pictures. You can reverse the winch without changing the wiring, so if cable is taught and you still can't drive out to release tension then you are in trouble. You could turn clutch lever to release tension, but seems like it would damage the gear teeth inside. Adding ability to reverse motor would be nice. ... show more

The cable snapped and broke my new bumper the winch was only installed for a month Zeak will not cover warranty or answer the phone or emails very unprofessional and I’m really pleased with their customer service

Comes with corded and wireless remote. I loaded a truck alone that was going to scrap, using wireless remote while I drove it on trailer. 10,000 capacity makes it very versatile, and I totally love the power level.

I ordered on November 20, 2021 and received 4 days later. Great winch; easy installation. I installed mine using a "ECOTRIC 10x 4 1/2 Cradle Winch Mount Mounting Plate 13,000 Lb Capacity Recovery Winches with One Year Warranty" Mounts into my towing receiver on my Ford F150 truck.. I also used the "TOPDC Jumper Cables with Quick Connect Plug 1 Gauge 25 Feet -40℉ to 167℉ 800Amp Clamps Heavy Duty Booster Cables with Carry Bag (1AWG x 25Ft)" Plenty of cable to reach the battery. I used the winch to drag out a 24" diameter, 8' pine log out of the woods. No problem for this winch. Plenty of power. I am glad I decided to buy this winch; No regrets. ... show more
