Description

Can I use the throttle when PAS is off? No. When pedal assist mode is off, and the display shows 0, both throttle mode and pedal assist mode are unavailable. How do I enter the Pedal Assist mode? Simply adjust the buttons on the display screen. When the number displays 1-5, you have entered pedal assist mode. The higher the number, the stronger the pedal assist. Can the key be used to turn on or off the power? No, the key is used to secure the battery, preventing others from removing it. Turn on the LCD display to power it on. Please keep the keys safe. What checks should I do before my first ride, and what should I pay attention to? Please check the ebike step by step according to the detailed steps in the instruction manual to ensure all parts are functioning properly. Wear a helmet, comply with local laws, adjust tire pressure, etc., for a happy and safe riding experience. Do I need to assemble the ebike myself? Is it difficult? This bike is amazing. Assembly took about a half hour but was relatively simple. Looks great and is extremely durable build. Its really comfortable once i put a new seat on it as you can see in the pictures. The battery life is amazing for a 10.4 Ah battery im getting about 30 miles on a full charge using just pure throttle in the higher of the two internal power settings with no pedaling. The motor gets up and goes anywhere from 22-24 MPH once you turn up the power in the internal settings. It doesnt have the most powerful acceleration in the world but its plenty for commuting since the idea is to just travel efficiently rather the to rip race around. The only other thing is it comes with mechanical disc brakes. The stopping power is sufficient however i would recommend to upgrade to the hydraulic disc brakes they are less the $100 and it improves stopping power exponentially. Overall ive had ana amazing experience and love to bike!!! Highly recommend!! ... show more

I got this e-bike for my wife two months ago. Assembly was a cinch; we finished everything in under 30 minutes. She has a 6-mile daily commute, and the battery lasts 2–3 days on a single charge with regular throttle use. When she got a flat tire from a nail, I contacted ZDZA support. They quickly sent a replacement tire, and Sally from their team went above and beyond by sharing a helpful installation video. We’ve ridden over 400 miles in two months, and the bike is still in mint condition. Battery life, tires, gears and suspension all work great. It's good for the price. The quality seems to be pretty solid but not perfect because the battery wiggles even though it's locked in, but the battery life seems to last a good long time. The bike looks very nice but the seat is uncomfy but I'm getting used to it. It's also pretty fast I'm getting 20mph. I'll recommend it if you're on a budget. ... show more

EDIT: I desperately want to keep this bike, love it BUT the battery will not charge. It charged once and will not charge again. THREE HOURS on the phone w amazon got me no where. I now have to disassemble it, find a box ans take it to UPS which is about 40 miles for me to do. Absolutely insanely ridiculous that simply replacing the battery or telling me how to contact someone that can help. Massive disappointment IN AMAZON especially Buy it. For the price, its great. I have a few ebikes but this one is an excellent "bang for your buck". I like how the handle bars sit more upright making it a more comfortable ride. Id strongly suggest purchasing a better seat. The one it comes with is the most uncomfortable seat ive ever had on a bike but a 25 buck replacement has made his my fav bike. I live in a VERY hilly ans mountainous area. Sure its not perfect but ive had no issues on some pretty dramatic climbs and long distance hills. I dont know how far itll go on a charge yet but I rode 10.2 miles today with plenty of hills and gravel and it only dropped one out of 5 charge levels. Great price in my opinion, very good bike. I bought this e-bike a little over a month ago after comparing several different models. I mainly needed it for commuting, and this one stood out because of its affordable price. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, wondering if the lower price meant I would have to compromise on quality. After using it for over a month, I can confidently say that wasn't the case. The bike has exceeded my expectations. The battery lasts about as long as advertised, the motor has plenty of power for daily riding, and it handles small hills without any issues. The frame feels solid and well built, giving me confidence every time I ride. I also really like the adjustable stem and the ergonomic handlebars. They make it easy for both me and my family members to find a comfortable riding position, even though we're different heights. Overall, I've had a great experience so far. If you're looking for a reliable e-bike without spending a fortune, I think this is an excellent choice. ... show more

I just got this bike and think it's a mixed bag. The motor peaks at 750 watts according to the manufacturer, but the nominal rating is 350 watts. This means that if you are riding mostly flat and come across a short big hill the motor will power you up fine. If you ride long steep hills the motor will struggle. I rode up a 15 degree hill that was about half a mile long and soon after that the power output throttled down. I don't consider this a negative but it truly rides like a bike with assistance. The motor won't burst up to speed off the start even if you use the throttle. Instead it slowly accelerates up to speed. According to the manufacturer the max load is 300 pounds and it has a rack that can hold over 60 pounds. This makes the bike very serviceable for errands. I think a pair of bungee cords makes a great accessory for the rack. The sitting position from the handle bars is fairly comfortable allowing you to ride sitting up. The included seat is wide enough for support. My only complaint is that it's too hard. A new seat would be a worthy upgrade. It has 160mm rotors which I think are slightly too small. They get the job done but, feel mushy. With disc brakes most of the braking force comes from the front brake. I plan to at least upgrade the front rotor to 180mm and probably the rear just to match. This is also a fairly inexpensive upgrade. It's unclear if this has an ipx5 or ipx6 water resistance rating. I'm betting more likely 5 but, that should be good enough for typical rain. I avoid anything that only rates up to ipx4 as getting stuck in the rain can cause problems. The major plus is that a rear light and working brake light is included besides a front light. This great for riding at night and was a pleasant surprise. The frame is pretty good, with the step through setup. It has a standard kick stand by the wheel but the frame has a mounting point for a center kickstand. I like the display. It has lots of options and is colorful and clear. The PAS settings only go up to 3 but I don't think it's a major issue with this motor. Overall the bike is really nicely setup. However, the motor is uninspiring. it said 1000 watt motor in description, but it says 350 watt on actual motor. it said 5 speed PAS in description, its actually 3. it shows a spring in the seat pictured, there is no springs. it says 22mph, it wont go over 20 for me. I paid for a "22MPH 1000WATT Bike" and got 20MPH 350WATT. brakes are horrible. the description is NOT what i received ***EDIT*** so the seller contacted me and was very kind and helpful. the bike DOES go 22-23MPH once a setting is adjusted. the peak power is 1000 although it is a 350 watt motor. the bike is very easy to assemble compared to any other I've dealt with, and very sturdy. nothing feels cheap, every part is high end quality. the MPH display is absolutely gorgeous. Im not crazy about the thumb lever throttle on the left, and I may try to find a more comfy seat, but overall its a super smooth riding very nice bike. 4 stars for the bike and the 5th star for the great customer care. ... show more
