The media could not be loaded. The size of the mat was perfect for my iron it was very durable and heat resistant. The hot iron did not burn the mat. It stands up to high heat. Well worth the price.

I got this to take my curling iron on trips. The curling iron fits great inside of it, and you can even put the curling iron inside when still warm. No more waiting for it to completely cool down. When I was visiting someone, I put the hot curling iron on the mat so it wouldn't accidentally burn their vanity top. I got the pink, and it's nice and bright.

Strangely it came out of the plastic wrap covered in sand/dirt. Thankfully it just washed off but was surprised since it was in a covering. That said it’s a great size and it’s perfect for what I need.

Love these heat-resistant mats. Heat doesn’t transfer to counter at all. Bought 2–one for my flat iron and the other for my styling tools (mat keeps my round brush in place when I set it down…before it would always roll off the counter and into sink.

This was is just supposed to be a simple purchase but when I got it and saw it's actually much larger than I thought and thick material. It matches my flat iron. It protects a wide space on my vanity. I'm sure traveling with it will be beneficial both because it's heat resistant but also I bet it would offer a decent amount of protection in your luggage.
